Great service from Friendly Rentals. Apartment was exactly as it looked on the photos - clean and tidy - exactly what you want on your break. Check in and check out were both simple and straight forward. I would definitely recommend Friendly Rentals, and will be using them again.

Nice little apartment for max 4 persons placed in a nice noise free area in a short walk to the center of it all

Rome is a magical place and having a nicely placed apartment added to the experience. Marco was the host and went out of his way to be helpful. Our family of four was even able to host a guest for a couple of days with plenty of room. The girls appreciated having their own bath. It was easy to prepare meals in the kitchen as well. Highly recommended.

Couldn't fault the service or the apartment. Description was spot on. We had a wonderful stay.

Booking through friendly rentals was simple and efficient. We ran into some of our own personal issues during our travel but Claudio our host was flexible in accommodating our times. The check in was seamless and informative with a lot of tips given about the area. The apartment was modern and clean and the showers had incredible water pressure. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. Cant wait to stay here again

This was a very cool apartment located centrally and approx 5 mins from the beach and old town. The facilities were great - it had everything! Which was great for us after already travelling in France for a week it felt like luxury. Our only moan is that we could not have stayed there for longer.

Warm Sands apartments Sitges, this apartment was not great , the terrace was overlooking a court yard where people hang laundry, no air condition in the bedrooms, noisy building, poor service from agents they did not show you the apartment and how to use appliances and they changed thier cleaning policy so 9 days no cleaner even although was told we would get one, we paid £200 per night which i would say is very over priced,

Everything was like described. We couldn't check in before the specified time but we have the posibiilty to keep the lugage at their office.

The reservation system is easy to follow and the description of the apartment and pictures really allowed us to choose the location and pricing for our rental.
Arnaud Roy from your organization met us promptly at our apartment and gave us a great orientation. We had everything we needed for a great stay all the electrical adapters were there. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were a little different but Arnaud Roy showed us how everything worked.
The bathroom was well equipped and very clean.I will definitely book all my future apartment reservations through Friendly Rentals.

I used Friendly Rentals service for renting accommodation in Paris. We got all the detailed information we need while making reservation and before we started our journey. The guy who welcomed us in Paris to show us accommodation was very friendly, very kind and the apartment was the same as in the photos. We had all the equipment and all the information we needed for pleasant stay. I would recommend Friendly Rentals to other people.

The staff were very helpful. Our plane on our final day was a late one but as the apartment was not need that night, they were happy for us to use it so we weren't lumbered with luggage for our final day. The apartment was clean, well equipped and the location was great. On the basis of this experience we would use Friendly Rentals again.

We rented this lovely, quaint apartment in Trastevere from Friendly Rentals. It had everything we needed including a small courtyard space with table, chairs and parasol. Because of its position in one of the old,narrow streets in the district, it felt as if for a short time, we were locals! About four minutes walk away was the Piazza Di Santa Maria with its bustle of restaurants and occasionally, stalls selling jewelry. Plenty of places to eat or enjoy an ice cold beer after a hot, busy day seeing the sights of beautiful Rome. On Friday and Saturday nights, the area gets more noisy as people walk home from the bars but it didn't bother us too much. The apartment is very secure and cosy. Iole, the owner, was extremely helpful and had lots of advice and tips for ways to enjoy her city. We also greatly appreciated the messages and tips we got from the Friendly Rentals Rome Office before our trip. Grazie, Roberto!

Outstanding! I can't recommend enough. The location of apartment and ease of contact with the representatives were second to none! I will definitely re book again with friendly sai rentals!
