Great hoodie. Really well priced, for such a quality piece of clothing. Love the design and the colour was really vibrant too.

Quick delivery, good quality products.
However, do NOT expect a quick turn around on a refund. It’s been over 2 weeks since they received my return, yet still no refund……

Bought various items (t-shirts, hoodies & crews) over the last couple of years.

First item ordered was incorrect on arrival as I ordered the zip thru hood and they sent the regular hoodie. Was returned with little fuss and they refunded me without question.

Every order since has been correct & prompt to arrive. As someone who was in the fashion business for almost a decade, in my opinion for the quality is great for the price point. People expecting high end garments at high street prices need to manage their expectations.

Great grass roots company who I will continue to support.

The prices and designs are very good, unfortunately the quality is lacking. I ordered a hoodie and a sweatshirt both in size L, but the items differed so much in size that I could only fit one.

Returns are a bit of a hassle, so it isn't worth it for me to order here again, seeing as I won't know if I'm going to be able to fit the item.

If the company can get its sizing and returns in order, I'll visit again.

They lost my parcel, I asked for a refund and then they charged me 6€ for the shipping that never arrived! Disgusting, dishonest and really bad costumer service. DONT BUY TO THIS ROBBERS!!!!

Unfortunately the great designs of these products can not be backed be backed up with great quality. The two t-shirts i ordered were very poor quality, thin and flimsy material. They were both size L, but were actually completely different sizes to each other and ill fitting. Very disappointing considering the designs are so nice.

On top of this, the delivery originally got lost and the customer service was shockingly bad when I was trying to locate my items. They were just not interested in trying to help me track down the package at all, saying simply that they had sent the items and I would have to sort it out myself. This took lots of time and effort on my part which they were unwilling to help with at all.

So I was even more disappointed when I finally got my hands on the items and the quality of them was so bad.

All in all a terrible experience, bad customer service and and bad quality products.

Love the designs from this company, however the quality is and customer service is very poor. Received the wrong hoody then received another replacements which was stained. Still waiting on exchange, the returns take ages, months not weeks. The stitching came away from the pocket on another hoodie I had purchased on the second wear too. Also two holes appeared after one wear of the one of the T-shirts I had purchased (At the neck, where the tag is stitched on)

Have bought 5-6 T-shirt’s from this company over the years. Love the unique designs and the quality of the T-shirt’s are actually really good. Delivery time was as promised.

I got myself a few hoodies just after xmas from this site. I loved the designs and had been tempted for a while. When they first come they were both a large but had different fits. After a few wears, the hoodies started to lose shape and come apart around the neck. Great designs, poor finish

White T-shirts are see through. Very poor price - quality. Would not recommend, which is sad because their designs are really nice. It's just printed on cheap fabric.. Very bad customer service on top..

The hoodie I ordered came with in the time frame they said it would and the quality was amazing considering the price. The sizing of the hoodie is also perfect.

Ridiculous company, take ages to put a refund through even though in their policy it says 14 working days, I've been waiting over a month in working days and have not received anything back. Customer service is awful and they lie to their customers. Also quality of the product is poor and not worth the money.

Awful customer service. Ages to refund something they initially said they didn’t have. Waited and had to chase again. Unacceptable wait and unacceptable ‘service’. I simply can’t afford to use them again. A friend had a similar experience so it’s not an isolated case.

I see others having issues with this company, but it’s all down to personal experience. I received my order of a sweatshirt and t-shirt yesterday and I have to say the quality is amazing, super soft premium feel and really comfy to wear. Designs are great, I look forward to purchasing more when they release new collections.
