Previous orders were prompt and of good quality, latest one was the same although wrong size was sent, which can and does happen with all companies. After a couple of emails which both were replied almost instantly the correct garment was sent out 1st class within the hour. Shaun @FDR couldn't have been more apologetic and helpful

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service, ordered Friday and arrived Tuesday. Out of stock in the colour of one of the Tees since I made the order, with excellent communication from Shaun who went way beyond what was required to resolve this. Cannot speak highly enough of the customer service and the quality of the goods is top notch.
