Very happy with the prompt response from Frost Auto Restoration Techniques, unfortunately, they used (Parcel force/ Royal Mail), who dont deliver if you live in a flat, I had to pick my parcel up from a post office, I would recommend you use a more reliable delivery service, I will be ordering more products from you, it’s refreshing to have a company that does American engine paint in the UK, thankyou for taking good care of me.

Just received my order from Frost , a 500ml bottle of cleaning fluid . It shows a spray top in the pictures,which ot never came with ,but moreover, it came in a large cardboard box ,packed with shredded cardboard...completely overkill for a parcel this size .

Frost are a restorers best friend. I have ordered paints and tools from them no problems , ever. They also stock the top USA tool makers and paint suppliers ,Eastwood.

Having contacted Frost auto with a technical query, the response I received was exceptional. They certainly went way beyond my expectations, even contacting the manufacturer several times on my behalf and updating me constantly. Excellent professional service, much appreciated.

My go to company, great customer service, stock availability and prices. Currently renovating a 30yr old motorbike and pushased POR15 rust and paint treatments

I've used this company before and haven't had any issues till now.
I rang and asked if my order would arrive the next day to which the answer was "provided I ordered before midday" so I did order at 1115
This was on Thursday and was not sent out till the Friday which means I will not receive it until Monday or Tuesday.
I've now lost the job the materials were for and am out of pocket not just on my labour but the materials ordered I can't say I'm impressed nor will I be using this company again.
Shame on you for your false promises and quite frankly terrible customer service.

Clear description of the Vibratory Tumbler. A short informative video outlining use. Ordered on Friday and delivered by Monday Lunch.
The original order and invoice was emailed for down loading. Plus the web site is very good as well. A good business that was very positive to deal with. I’ll be back👍
