After I'd ordered I was emailed to say some of my order wasn't in stock even though the website still showed it as available. The website continued to show available stock for several days after.

No problem with any of the stuff delivered and Frosts are a great source of specialist restoration products, but it is very annoying if you can't believe what the website tells you with regard to stock. Hope that gets fixed very soon.

Used this product a few time now. Always had excellent results. Quick delivery and well packaged. Couldn't ask for more from Frost.

Bought my hand nibbler online, prompt delivery. They seemed only one who supplies them. Used for my important jobs. Will order more for my back ups.

Very disappointed that Frost no longer uses shipping companies that will accept solvents/paints for shipment to the continent. I had to ship order to an acquaintance in the UK who was coming to France, who brought the items with them.

Ordered 3 times in the past 3 weeks, and no problems at all with Frost. Parcel Force used for next day delivery on one occasion, but delivery never took place until the day after. This was Parcel Force's fault, not Frost's. I informed Frost of the problem, and they refunded the postage after tracking confirmed the delay. Great service from Frost, but shame about the unreliable service (yet again for me!) from Parcel Force.

Recently ordered more VHT paint that I use for brake calipers, product is easy to use, leaves a great finish and lasts..Highly recommend Frost.

The number and letter stamps are ideal for stamping part numbers on steel fabrications. The large numbers and letters are clearly visible even after powder coating with primer and topcoat

Have used frost for lots of stuff and am always happy with the products but i feel they could review their postage rates.

Correct material delivered quickly

Many thanks for the Eastwoods undercoating and paint prep. I used them on my brand new Indian Chief Classic Motorcycle. A super product as one would expect from the USA. Frost will always be the first port of call if I need further products.

Item arrived pretty quickly, and quality was better than expected. Works much better than the tool it replaced. Previous tool was not old,worn out,or damaged just cheap! looking good when first used then quickly became second hand. Lesson learned would recommend Frost to anyone..
