I bought the herbal salve for arthritis in my hands but now have the whole family using it with great results. Sorts out painful knees, hip joints, back pain etc. highly recommend

Terrible Products - BUT worse Customer Service
These people are dishonest.
I brought a shirt from this company back in May. When it arrived it was screwed up in the bottom of a small bag, and looked like a customer return.
It was the wrong size and looked nothing like the picture.
I complained and asked where to send this back to, and like all these companies that sell poor products online, they asked for a picture and then they offered me a discount.
I explained that the shirt was only fit for the bin, and that i wanted to return it and get a full refund.
They then offered me the refund and to wait 7-10 days.
A month later…. NO REFUND.
I informed my credit card company, to see if they had more luck.
Frumosa Store Informed me that if i remove the dispute with the credit card company, they would refund me.
I did, but still ….. NO REFUND.
My advice is to buy something else from someone else.

Still waiting for refund
The product I ordered, did not fit as I needed all over so I requested a refund. I was offered 50% and keep the item. As it didnt fit there was no point keeping it so I requested 100% refund. They accepted and informed me that it would be between 5-10 business days. Its now been 12 business days. I have emailed them multiple times and had no reply at all. I have just tried the number and it doesn't even ring.
Stay away from this seller.

Exactly as all the previous reviews have said .... I've had the same experience.
Now trying to get my money back but no one from Frumosa will speak to you.
As someone said previously, it would seem it's a scam company, don't bother if you don't want to be disappointed and then have a load of hassle trying to obtain a refund!

Slow to send and no details on how to return
Took 4 weeks to receive items and then they sent 2 x large instead of 1x med and 1 x large requested. l am
looking to return both items but nowhere on website does it tell me how to do this, or where to get an address or label. Have emailed them in hope they will respond. Very worrying as they were slow to get back to me in the first instance and unable to get through on the phone. Frumosa please get in touch urgently!

Shirts are nothing like as described.
Theses game changer shirts are nothing like described. The zip front is supposed to stop the shirt gaping open around the waist/,belt line. The zip stopped an inch short of above my belly button with regular buttons below. No stay up collar, not even a collar stiffener. Cheap fabric. I ordered an XL but it's more like a M. DO NOT BUY THESE SHIRTS.

Seems like a scam. The shirts are not as advertised:
- poor quality
- mine came with a stain on the collar
- threads loose all over
- no ‘stay up collar’ as advertised
- wrong size delivered
- no washing label, in fact no labels at all!
