Great atmospheric garden centre and restaurant. There is a wide range of great quality products and also a nice sandwich bar inside the restaurant. I would highly recommend the garden centre, lots to choose from and a fine selection of England's finest roses to pick from. Nice staff bring value to the centre and a great environment for all ages.

Transporting a plant is not easy. But I received a 3L pot of Paul's Himalayan Musk today, with its blooms and buds intact, looking ever so beautiful and healthy. I was so pleased I had to leave a review. The rose was very well-packaged and arrived moist with a lot of mulch applied. One very happy customer. Thank you, Fryer's Rose!

I ordered a rose and selected a particular one for my wife as she wanted one with a scent to it. The one I selected was highlighted as "highly fragrant". The confirmation order stated they would inform me when it was being dispatched. They didn't bother and I only heard it was being delivered a couple of hours beforehand and had to change my plans for the day to receive it. When the box was opened the top branch had been bent right over to get it into the box and when the rose was removed the branch snapped off altogether. I would not say the rose is "highly fragrant" as it is described. There is a scent but it isn't very strong at all. Poor service and quality.

I ordered a rose for my sons family as they recently lost their dog called Belle and Fryers had a rose called Mia Bella.
The rose arrived and unfortunately a piece had broken in transit.
I contacted Fryers and their customer service was second to none.
They apologised for the damage caused and dispatched a replacement immediately.
The family were so pleased with their gift and will be cherishing it in remembrance of their beloved pet.

Fantastic garden centre and service, very knowledgeable staff especially Steve who took a good amount of time out to talk us through rose care amongst many other gardening tips and stories of days gone by at the garden centre.

Great selection of well everything, we left with a tree being delivered the week before and a trolley full this weekend on our revisit.

Can’t recommend this place enough.

So I visited the garden centre today mainly to have lunch with my sister, it was very busy and had to wait 30mins for a table, when our table was ready we were given menus and a lovely lady came to take our order, despite being rushed of her feet she was calm, patient and very friendly. Food was really nice. Will defo be going again in the future. Booking ahead is needed to avoid disappointment.

Totally awful restaurant experience. Manager was rude and indifferent and service very slow. Very pleasant garden centre otherwise but unfortunately we will be using alternatives in the future.
