Thank you for your feedback. We are constantly improving our website to provide good customer experience. The loading times should be quite fast, but it will depend on your device and internet connection.
Regarding diy e-liquid flavours we check BB dates regularly to provide best quality products. Generally, we stock about 1000 different diy e-liquid flavours and some of them will be stronger or taste better than the others. We provide a large variety for your choice so if there is a flavour not to your liking there will be quite a few other ones to try.
Labels say something and products sold are something else
What they try to sell you is something different from advertised, specially if it has Nicotine. There is no where in the product page where it tells you this package will not come with Nicotine diluted in it although the product says including x.00 MG nicotine diluted in the product.
It's like buying Pasta from a restaurant, Then they send it to you the pasta packaged separately from sauce and the damn salt is sent also in a package.

Thank you for your feedback. Your complaint is that e-liquid base comes with nicotine shots separately, rather than nicotine already mixed in the e-liquid base.
A few years ago, unflavoured e-liquid bases could be fully mixed until TPD law kicked in. The new regulations in UK and EU set the maximum size of 10ml for nicotine containing liquids. Because of that all e-liquid bases come with nicotine shots separately since then.
We are sorry to hear that you were unable to find this info on the product page. If you look closely the product picture has nicotine shots displayed separately, and when you choose your base combination, you can see that the e-liquid base comes with nicotine shots (stated next to the target strength), and in product description it is highlighted in bold red that you will have to pour all nicotine shots into the big bottle.
Regarding your comment about the labels, if you look at product labels closely you will see that they contain correct information on what is inside each bottle. For nicotine shots the label states that the liquid contains nicotine, while for the e-liquid base itself it doesn't state nicotine content as there is no nicotine inside.
Once again sorry for any inconveniences caused, but we must follow all relevant regulations.

I have been using F&S since 2016 to buy my base liquid and flavours. Delivery is always fast and I have never had a problem. Only once did they not have the flavours I requested and replacements were promptly offered by e-mail. The base liquid they provide is very good and has helped me to stop smoking.
I will continue to use this company and would recommend them to people interested in vaping.
