Didn't have item in stock when…

Didn't have item in stock when advertised otherwise. Told me I would get refund in 7 days. Had to call them 4 times over 3 weeks, each time always promising the refund the same day.
Eventually after threatening court action I received my refund. Didn't send me the link to their livro de reclamacoes as requested and agreed

My advice is to buy from a different seller.

avoid - very poor experience all around

avoid - information on website does not indicate if items are out of stock. contacted on the following day to confirm delivery, and was told that it would arrive on the following monday - it did not, after another phone call (no responses to emails), it was confirmed it would arrive instead on the wednesday - again this did not happen and again no communication - after yet another call from me, seller agreed to cancel on the same day, for a speedy refund, however did not do so, so this issue has now been escalated to paypal for resolution, as this is not acceptable

AVOID!

It's been nearly 4 weeks since I ordered my 1200 euro projector and every time I write them about the whereabouts of my product, I receive the same answer; they will send me a tracking code by the end of the day. And what do you think? Nada! I've filed for a reimbursement by Paypal, lets see how many weeks that takes.

Great Service 😃🫰, Slow Shipping😪👎 – DJI Gimbal Purchase Review

I ordered a DJI gimbal from the website, and it took about 25 days to arrive. This was the only downside I noticed. Other than that, the packaging was secure, and the communication was fast and efficient. So, the only issue was the shipping time. Overall, in my opinion, it's a good platform. I hope to order more items and will share an update after my next purchase.

Great store

Great store. I bought VR glasses here. I had to wait longer than planned, but the price is good. The bad thing is that the delivery service does not call before arrival, but this is not a problem of the store.

Stay away

Stay away! Over 2 weeks ago I ordered an item thats over €500 and it still hasn't been dispatched. About 4 days ago after it hadn't been dispatched I asked for a refund and still havent received confirmation of my refund and have no idea if I'll get money back. I email them everyday asking for confirmation of my refund and all they say is that they will send it but they never do. I'm starting to think I got scammed and I'll never get my money back! Don't use this website.

I ordered a TV box in this store, the order came in 5 days, while the seller was constantly in touch and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend!

Rude untrustworthy owner named Fernando , delayed my payment refund in sipe or just out of incompetence.
Besides that his prices are nt competitive.
Wont bother using the store again.

Our apologies if you found our contact Rude, You asked for a refund after you placed an order by mistake, it was treated, but it was not immediately as you wished for being by PAYPAL, and it was within the refund period, but as soon as you complained we handle the refund immediately and you have received proof of it.
