Well packaged plug plants. Smaller than expected but I’m happy with the price and service. In future, it would be helpful to have tracking information as none was sent.

Badly damaged in the post but did refund very quickly.
I received my order yesterday and I am unable to use the plug plants as the leaves are broken from the plug. I am really disappointed as I was looking forward to spending the day planting the plugs for my hanging baskets. I have emailed the company to request a refund and I await their reply. I have taken a lot of phots to show the damage.
I did return the plants and received a refund of the plants and of the postage very quickly.

Strange way to treat potential customers
Contacted them using their own contact form to ask if it was too late to order some plugs. No reply. A little later I went on the site and it did allow me to order them and payment was taken. Today I had a refund. No message. Strange way to do business to fail to communicate and not to explain why they sent a refund. I’m guessing that it was because May has passed but that could easily have been cleared up with a) a response to my initial query and b) a note as a matter of courtesy to say why I was being refunded. I can still get plugs from other places so it wasn’t unreasonable to assume I could from here especially as the site was still operational and taking payment. Pity because it was a variety I was looking forward to receiving. It doesn’t cost anything in this day and age of immediate communication to just send a quick reply, just a few seconds.

Excellent value, I am REALLY happy
I have been buying plug plants from various suppliers for many years with varying degrees of success - problems are ALWAYS caused during delivery.
However, this company have a much more secure way of packing the tiny plants in what look like clear plastic take-away containers and the entire delivery arrived in a secure, larger cardboard box.
This is absolutely brilliant, no damage whatsoever, making the plants really good value.
The only little downside was that when I placed my first order, a message said that there had been a problem with the website and my order was not placed, so I ordered again ... and have double of everything I need!
Not to worry, I will know next time
