Ordered from this company last year and it was great. Sadly my experience this time was awful.

I waited for my package which never arrived. When I enquired, I was told they had sent it out on a wrong date and it had been marked for disposal. I was offered a refund or replacement. I requested a refund and it went into my account a few days later. Only to then to discover a few days after that the money is coming out of my account again when I had not reordered or requested a replacement. Contacted again and they said they don’t know anything about it.

Brilliant, really enjoyed this cleanse, delivery was swift, juices taste amazing and bearable as a lot of detox juice programmes are awful ...all juices packed with the good stuff and self explanatory guide given, brilliant recycling ethos too. Great little company!

I have ordered multiple times from fuel station and they never disappoint. Customer service is top notch when you have any questions (I made an error on the date on a previous order and they quickly resolved for me) juices are tasty and I find the 3 day cleanse a great reset after an indulgent holiday. Holiday weight gone after the 3 days and feel back in the right mindset.

I ordered in the morning and collected the order at lunch so happy with that, the juices were really nice but once I started to eat again I have been very sick it’s like my body is now rejecting food. I finished my last juice on Wednesday and I have been sick since Thursday (now Sunday) no info of what food to eat to get your body back into the habit of eating again after 3 days no food

Ordered two lots of juices , only delivered one promised next day delivery but it never turned up as they forgot to dispatch it.. very disappointed with service and customer service. Little interest shown, asked for a refund which was given ...Of the one pack we did receive - which was the premium cleanse,
the Juices only had eight weeks till expiry , whilst they were big bottles which was good , they were very thin in consistency and not particularly tasty. The soul

Juices were very defrosted on delivery. Label missing from 3 of the juices same colour.
Juices were pleasant to drink but did feel hungry throughout probably a 6th juice would have been good Don’t think it’s value for money.

Love Fuel Station. This was my first Soul Mate cleanse and it was divine. Delivered as expected and kept cold. Perfect.

To be honest, we used these as a replacement for Press as it was getting too expensive. Although cheaper, these are not very good in comparison. There is no timings as to when the take the juices, so you just have to guess. The flavourings are very artificial and do not taste healthy at all. Some of them dont mix properly when you shake them and to be honest, dont really taste very nice. Value for money vs quality is definitely not worth and we would not buy again.

Great 3 day cleanse experience. Feel really rejuvenated and full of energy. Stomach is less bloated and cravings are much less.

First time juicing/detox and was unsure what to expect. Product and service have been brilliant. Arrived quickly still frozen and drinks were varied and tasty. I felt hungry on day one but it quickly passed and I enjoyed the three days very much. I will be reordering as I lost weight and felt really good throughout. A few days after my last day I have noticed a reduced appetite and craving for juices rather than biscuits!

Ive done a juice cleanse and felt great, day 1 is a bit tough but then you get into the flow of it. Bonus.. lost 7lb!
Ive since been doing them for a few days a week to keep up the weightloss and feel generally healthy, lighter and more energised. My skin feels and looks incredible. Im addicted to it!! I love how I dont feel sluggish any more and ive got NO bloating!!!!! Im on no.5 of the cleanse, its more of a diet/lifestyle im choosing to take now.

I realy liked your shoots,and the time of delivery but i am so sorry that i need to let you know:
Just now,in the last couple of deliveries the quality goes down,i mean the ginger and turmanic taste goes very down,much more apple taste.I hope you will improve back,to be like before.If this will happening i will continue my subscription for ginger and turmenic shoots

Delicious juices, clear instructions and a nice touch with a diary to keep track of how you are feeling on each day of your cleanse.
Feeling refreshed and energised afterwards, would definitely do it again!
