We’re very sorry to see this review and disappointed that you’ve experienced a delay.
Your order was dispatched promptly in early December. Unfortunately, during the very busy Christmas and holiday period, the shipment was impacted by US customs via FedEx, who contacted us directly in mid-December requesting additional documentation regarding the pour/melt country. Although this certification was already uploaded and attached to the parcel, we completed and returned the requested form the same day to avoid any further delay.
We are particularly disappointed that we were not contacted by you at any stage to advise that the parcel had not arrived. Had we been made aware, we would have been more than happy to investigate and work with FedEx to resolve this as quickly as possible.
International shipments during the holiday period can unfortunately be subject to delays that are outside of our direct control. That said, we take great pride in our customer service, as reflected in the majority of our reviews being 5-star, and we always aim to support our customers when issues arise.

Great sounding exhaust
Great sounding exhaust looks fantastic fitted to the Suzuki v-strom 800 sounds better than stock with baffle in and sounds awesome with the baffle out the removable baffle with one screw is dead simple would highly recommend this exhaust.

Exhaust arrived within a week
Exhaust arrived within a week, well made and very easy to fit.
I had a problem with the old gasket on my Vstrom,rang Fuel and they answered my query,and I spoke to the gentleman who actually made my exhaust.
The fuel exhaust has made my Vstrom sound like a real motorbike,without being too loud and no complaints from the neighbours.
Have not felt the need to try it without baffle.
Oh I almost forgot to mention that the price was amazing ,I went for the ceramic black slash cut version.
Would thoroughly recommend this company.
