Just got my xt1 one back after I dropped and subsequently damaged the rear led screen whilst on holiday. Absolutely amazed at the speed and quality of the repair to my camera, not only was the rear screen replaced but also they replaced the grips as they had become very worn due to heavy use at no extra cost. X series lens repair
On Monday, on a shoot in South Africa, I snapped my 55-200m zoom clean off the camera leaving the mounting ring attached to the body. I contacted Fuji when I got home on Wednesday, they sent a padded box and Special Delivery postage paid bag on Thursday, the lens was received in Bedford on Friday before 9am and repaired and despatched in less than 2 hours! It was delivered back to me on Saturday morning and despite an extra £10 for fast track service, the cost was less than the excess on my insurance policy. This is customer service of the highest order - it really couldn't get any better

Fuji UK Customer Service is without hesitation one of the best in the business.
My Fuji X-S1 camera that I purchased back in 2013 developed a problem with it's viewfinder in June 2015 I contacted Fuji service department who arranged for free return of the camera and more importantly a free of charge repair, the camera was back with me within a week.
My X-S1 developed the same fault again about a month ago (camera now 4 years old) I contacted Fuji's service department again and mentioned that the same fault had developed again, with no hesitation I was sent postage paid packing. The camera arrived back again today, just over a week from my sending it back to them and again no charge. The viewfinder should not have failed twice but the response that I got from Fuji Imaging's Senior Customer Service Coordinator was excellent and makes other company's after sales service pale into insignificance.
Well done Fuji UK!!

FUJIFILM X-T1 Rubber grip
I have a Fuji X-T1 that I bought more than 2 years ago and the Rubber Grip and the auxillary door is starting to deform and peel. Considering it's more that 2 years old the device is still very competent to the new models, so I called fuji repairs uk and they replaced the parts for free. I was without camera less than a week, came back to me like new. Superb service FUJIFILM UK. #FUJIFILMUK
