I have used Full Circle for years and they are always reliable, professional and courteous. The work is always done to a very high standard and always on time. I cannot recommend this company more highly, in fact I wish there was a 10 star rating !

Collected my disabled disable wheelchair vehicle to repair a paint damage my wife managed to do when she went to the local Tesco store. They collected the car at 18:30 for a fee of £20 to collect and deliver it as they were a fairly local repair workshop in Marden, Tonbridge Kent TN12 9QE plus £300 cash for the job. They were not aware the vehicle had a tracker fitted and once it was collected it did not get taken to the garage but was used as a run around with the first trip to a local shop in Church Green. The next day it was used as a run around and only after I sent them a message informing them the tracker was active did it go in to the work shop ay lunch time after a couple of trips to 56 Sovereign way in Marden. It did not move again until today the 1st June 2023 when it was moved from the workshop and parked up in a local factory unit. So much for it will be returned by 18.30 tonight it is now 20.00 and they have not answered phone calls to the mobile number or messages via Apple message service. Just total silence. No car. it has been reported to Kent police but they have done nothing and just taken a report... to be up dated.. but be warned this is not a company that sticks to its word. UPDATE ON 3RD JUNE 2023 I have the car back...good old tracker. Police basically did nothing despite having the print out from the tracker company that showed the cars use. The police office called me to request the proof which he got and then phoned the company and was told a cock and bull story which he has accepted which is disproved by the tracker evidence which he seemed to ignore the use to a shop twice over 2 days. But clearly they knew that the game was up and it arrived back yesterday morning at 9:00 after the person that vouched for them went to see the owner at 08:00 and then the car was returned. Police say they do not have enough proof to proceed. I took a law degree and was in practice in Brighton and Lewes doing criminal law. I know what the Theft Act says. - Anyway the car came back with overspray of silver paint on to the black plastic trim on the tailgate where the cut bumper is so the plastic is about 8" long. The car was full of dust and it took 2 hours with both of us wiping down and hoovering to get it someway back to the way it should be. So my views have not changed. It is a shame there is not a minus star rating as this company would get one. You have been warned.
