Problems with waiting time to get support
The problems that I experienced are:
1. I had problems with equipment when I connected to fullrate and it took over half an hour waiting time on the phone to get connected to the support team.
2. Fullrate web site is not translated into English.

Good product, great price
Good product, great price. Almost perfect, however the bundled router needs to be restarted frequently and every 3-4 days I need to reset everything to get the connection back up.

All almost perfect
I am in fullrate for 3 months. Everything has been perfect with connection , speed etc.
My only "bad" experience was with waiting time in customers' support line. 40 mins for each call. Please fix that.
Besides that, all perfect!

Even though I might learn Danish by now while living in Denmark. It's not always the case, and especially at the beginning it is quite difficult and risky to go apply for an operator whos language you cannot understand. The translation of the Fullrate homepage into English would benefit a lot to improve the costumer satisfaction, it would save so much time from trying to translate or calling the costumer support services in explaining different options. But the felxibility of offered packages fits me well, as not being an active mobile phone user, I prefer to have the 0 based offer, and paying the amount I actually spend. Thank you for that!

Internet is not working, too much witing for phone costumer service
My internet should start the 9th of December, but untill today nothing work. I called the costumor service twice, i waited for 20minutes
