I bought a Riese and Muller e-bike from Fully Charged . I received an outstanding customer service from Ben (the owner, went an extra mile in every respect) and from Angelo and Bruno. In addition they organised a session with the workshop to learn how to remove rear wheel, which is tricky due to the belt that these bikes use.

Fully Charged went above and beyond
My gocycle chain came off during one of the hottest day last Tuesday and I was left absolutely panicked and stranded near kings cross.
Dropping the bike off without having a chance to speak to technicians I was worried fully charged wouldn’t be able to help today and I had no idea how I would get home.
However they were able to resolve the issues before the end of the evening and I could I tell it was a busy day for them so really grateful they found the time.
They also went above and beyond by pumping up my tyres and fully charging my bike.

Good products but they really don’t care about customers
The products they sell are available with other dealers. I would highly recommend any other business to buy from. All what the sales team care about is charging you the thousands of pounds for the bikes and then zero follow up. Good luck getting any attention if something goes wrong after paying your bill. I have bought a couple of very expensive bikes from them and I find it really difficult getting updates on missing items after completing my payment

I read the trust pilot reviews initially before making my purchase and was a little put off by some of them. I then discovered trust pilot is not an official channel for fully charged and they only promote their google reviews which they have absolutely loads of very positive reviews. I booked a virtual consultation and had an absolutely delightful experience and learnt so much before I found my perfect ebike option and then I ordered a riese and muller tinker which was in stock came within 2 days, I was offered same day collection but I was happy to receive the bike at home. It came perfectly packaged in a special fully charged box and I was given handover videos which were really helpful and I managed to fit the pedals and straighten the handle bars myself very easily in less than 15 mins and then I was ready to ride my new eBike which by the way is one of the best experiences I have ever had in my life. Thank you so much fully charged team for all your help. I am looking forward to recommending my friends :)
Moustache Samedi 27 Xroad 7 Open 2021 Review
I LOVE THIS BIKE ! I'm not really the type to write reviews but I simply could not help it with this one. Having recently come back from Ibiza and reflecting back on all the adventures my partner and I had, as well as how much we enjoy our London commutes, it was a must to share. The bike feels really solid and safe while the speed options and the super smooth comfort level of the ride makes it impossible not to enjoy. The seat adjustment option is def game changer I can never go back on, especially for city living. And the on road/off road capacity of this bike means I can take it on adventures with me all over the world and really explore. Making memories that simply would not be possible otherwise. The inbuilt GPS is probably my favourite feature as it makes exploring and getting around so much easier and fun. And of course the carrier adds that important level of practicality when going on long trips or doing the weekly shopping. The battery charge seems to never be an issue and all in all I really couldn't be happier with this purchase. The team at Fully Charged were also a real pleasure to connect with and I highly recommend them too.
Best Thing I've Bought
After several hours of research, and test-riding multiple different brands. I settled on a Riese & Müller Load 75 from Fully Charged. It’s safe to say this bike has revolutionised my families life. We now leave the car in the garage most days, and use the eCargo bike for the school run, errands and weekend excursions.
It is incredibly comfortable thanks to it’s full suspension, has good off-road capacity and can haul a weeks worth of groceries easily on the rear rack.
Massive thank you to Fully Charged who were a pleasure to deal with. They have a cargo specific eBike showroom with lots of choice and friendly staff who helped find me the right model for my needs. I ended up receiving the bike 3 weeks after my purchase date, and it was delivered in an electric van. All in all - very cool indeed.

After many hours of research I settled on purchasing the Moustache Xroad 7 online. I received the bike 2 days later from Lewis in the Fully Charged electric van. He was super helpful in guiding me to sync the Bosch Nyon with my phone, and set up the bike so I was comfortable and ready to ride (Thank you!!)
I'm really passionate about the environment and having a low impact, so I'm glad I found Fully charged and the delivery was even eco friendly!
I am really impressed with the quality of my bike - it has a strong presence on the road and I feel free to venture into different landscapes and terrains that I wouldn't have had the confidence to do so before. I honestly feel I have super powers now.

I recently purchased a Tern HSD electric bicycle from Fully Charged online. There were some slight delays to the delivery due to circumstances beyond their control. Without requesting anything, Fully Charged volunteered to bring over the bicycle via dedicated courier with the accessories installed. The bicycle itself is fantastic. Very pleased with the service.

Lied to for weeks and now ignored and forgotten about for months
I've never known a company to be so adverse to taking thousands of pounds in a sale than this one. I was after a specific model of bike and wanted to buy from this company but realised there website had a fault so I couldn't order. After 4 seperate phone calls (the 3rd one reassuring me that the bike was available and the Web issue will be fixed) I was told that I'd been lied to the whole time, waiting for weeks and weeks to order but there were none left. I was then passed onto someone called Henry who offered me a ex display model which they were due to order replacement parts in for. Weeks go by and they aren't able to provide me a date. Before Christmas they tell me it may be a few months. We are now in March and I've heard nothing. After being told I'd be top of the list and a goodwill gesture would be added to the purchase, nothing. Ignoring my emails now too. Absolutely astounded by this lack of service. I can't even begin to imagine what about my eagerness to buy from them was off putting. Perhaps they aren't keen to sell to women and I wasn't a priority, I can only speculate...

I have had my bike for three weeks now so time for a review.
Very hard to contact FC about my order.
The worst packaged bike I have ever seen, very lucky not more damage.
Bent front light bracket and damaged front grip, and lost pedals. Half of the manuals missing, and FC incapable of advising how to remove a rear wheel.
Again hard to contact, slow to answer and not iinterested in the damage.
If you use FC as mail order you are on your own. Use your local bike shop.
All I want is a set of supernova lights for my gocycle
Hi. On 15th of June I want to buy a gocycle I phoned fully charged spoke to a guy and told him I'd like to buy a gocycle immediately. He tells me to book consultation but I already tell him my friend as a gocycle and I'd like one myself and I'll come up there and buy one and walk out with it.? So much problems trying to buy a gocycle with cash. So I go onto eBay see a lovely person called peaky bikes and buy a gocycle no problem no hassle excellent. Now I go to fully charged and ask them first can I buy integrated Supernova lights. iit's like asking God to bring i back from the dead. A dead relative maybe . Why is it . That a company like yourself . Cannot supply a set of bike lights . . Always out of stock and I have 3question . Are they available to pre order so I can obtain them asap. Or have supernova stopped making them ? . Or is the person at your company that's responsible for product purchasing being incompetent and unable to close a deal with supernova because he cannot be assed. ?
