This company is woeful and the worst online gambling experience I’ve had, I opened up and account with £250 and won £500, they then blocked my account without any warning and now aren’t responding to emails or letting me withdraw my money.
Never known an online gambling company with such poor customer relations

My account lokked since 13 day's and my withdraw request is pending costumer service people told verification under security purpose where I fill complaint any advice please

I have opened account 6 days back and deposited 50k. My user id is balajiroyal. On 25th may i have submitted a request for 2 lakhs withdrawl. Till 30th December morning, customer chat giving assurance that it will process soon ( means i have not received funds till 5th day of withdrawl). On 30th December evening they have locked my account and aksed bank statements, adhar card with selfie, pan card, driving license which i have provided. Today they are saying that they have permanently blocked my account due to violated of terms and they have forfeited all available fund and pending withdrwal. After requesting many times, they simply tell that company decision is final.

No betting company forfeited funds without any strong reason. They are cheates, frauds, they are only taking money from customers. I am helpless now.

If anybody is ready to fight with this company then i am also ready. I cant give my hard earned money to these cheaters. GOD will definitely punish them I'm from Hyderabad India please connect with me through wtsup please give guidance how to fight with this cheaters +919160833833
