I recently worked with Tim B at FundMerica to secure a business loan, and overall the experience was smooth and straightforward. Tim was responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different funding options available for my business.
The application process was quick and relatively simple, and I was able to get funding faster than I would have through a traditional bank. FundMerica works as a marketplace connecting you with lenders, which helped in finding a solution that fit my needs.
I’ve shopped around with other companies, and by far this was, in my opinion, the most reputable experience. Tim was honest and upfront from the very beginning, which I really appreciated. Out of habit, I always shop for the best percentage rate on a personal finance level, but on a business level it made more sense and fortunately, the interest is 100% writeoff.
Overall, if you need fast access to capital and want to work with someone transparent and professional, I would recommend Tim at FundMerica.

Melanie Sanchez was absolutely fantastic, gave me time to decide if the loan was for me or not,she was very informative every step of the way, the ONLY reason why I didn’t give a five star rating was only because I was fairly apprehensive about the initial terms, however it gave me the chance I needed to take to build my business credit.

Fundmerica is a scam. They are unprofessional and waste a lot of your time. They do not hold up to their 90 day refinance agreements so don't allow it to lure you into their predatory lending.

Jerry Gainey was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. Understood my needs and was able to make sure I got what I needed.

Melissa was the first one in helping us. No good experience. She is rude doesn't like to be asked questions. Says that she is loosing money when you ask something. Was the worst rep ever. Then we were contacted by Jerry. Total different experience.
We ended up doing everything with him. He was helpful and answered all my questions.

I normally use banks, but they can’t always move fast enough for construction projects. When I first needed money quickly for a commercial job, FundMerica was the only one able to fund it.
They were clear on terms from the start. I’m now on my third loan, and the most recent was $125,000 funded in four days, which kept the project moving.
For construction deals where timing matters, FundMerica has been our reliable option.

I had an unhappy sales experience with Melaney Sanchez at FundMerica, and she had a lot of attitude. I asked one question, and instead of answering it she just said we are not a fit for their services. Basically they are a loan shark, and it's now legal to be a loan shark. FundMerica is a PREDATORY firm looking for contractors who "floated" their deals, and suddenly need a large amount of money, for a few weeks or months, until he sells the next big contract. That's not me. If you just want to pay off credit card debt, and have lower payments, don't waste your time here. FundMerica will fund you, but you have to pay it back in 12 or 15 months, usually with WEEKLY payments, and the combined payments (per month) are monstrously higher than you are paying now on credit cards. Just insane, exactly what you don't want.
