Having ordered Gliis N Glow Mother-of-Pearl from the company's web site I was provided with Gllis N Glow Mother-of-Pearl Fushia. Not what I wanted and also not shown as a product on the web site. An e-mail to the company pointing out the problem and seeking their help received no reply.

Ordered and paid for an item in stock according to the website then came to it not being in stock, got refunded for the item but somehow the postage was not until days later ? Won’t bother again !

My shopping experience overall was very good. The products offered looked great. I'm hoping they are excellent, I haven't received them as of yet. My only concern wasn't the cost, it was a charge that keep popping up which created an additional $30-40 dollars to my final cost once I went to $50.00 or more. This had nothing to do with the conversion from pound to US dollars.
I will continue to shop, I'll just stay below $50.00. The addition money's never added.
