The last two orders I have made with Funky Pigeon have been late and missed the special event despite being ordered with plenty of time. I had to ask each recipient if they had received their card and voucher which spoiled the surprise. One time I can understand, but the second time I felt let down and pretty disappointed. I do love that with Funky Pigeon I can add a gift voucher to the card, but given my last two experiences, if Moonpig started giving the option to add a gift card I would order with them instead.

Easy site to navigated. Good to see preview prior to purchase. Quality excellent. Very speedy delivery.

Really disappointed,I ordered 2 cards in plenty of time for friends birthdays 1 was going to Ireland and I oukd totally understand it maybe being a little delayed but the other one was local and the website said that it would be there on the Tuesday,her birthday was the Wednesday,really annoyed that the card didn't appear until the Friday! 2 days after her birthday,I do not think that I would use this company again.

Birthday card for my 8 year old Grandson was easerly ordered & delivered as expected...
It was exactly what we wanted. We were really pleased with the quality of the card but had one complaint that the card didn't come with an envelope, only the brown cardboard one that it was delivered in....We had it delivered to our own address so that we could check it before handing it over...our only complaint..

It was very easy to use and I can’t believe how quickly it arrived, ordered Friday afternoon and it arrived Saturday.

Product is good quality but the price is getting way too high for a card. This will probably be the last time I use funky pigeon as buying from a shop is £5 cheaper

I used the mobile app to create a card but it took me ages to find how to add text. The process used to be so simple and quick, but I only had the option of choosing between 'layout', 'stickers' and 'photos'. I found the text colour and font type eventually, but it wasn't obvious.

Royal Mail said they tried to deliver but they didn’t - I’ve been at home all day & nothing!!

Lots of choice; some beautiful cards which are easy to modify to your specification.

Something arrived but goodness knows what it was, I think I’d go as far to say they were flowers at some point, but who knows…

I wish I could post photographs. Unfortunately they were a gift and without an order number and an account you can’t complain to this company.

It was easy and fun to design a Diamond Wedding card, and it arrived within 2 days of placing the order. The quality was good, and the recipients were thrilled to get a personal and unique card!

The result is good but the website is difficult to navigate; I cannot bypass the ‘Do you want to add a gift?’ I have to add a gift and then delete it at checkout. Not very user friendly.
