The best customer service I have ever been in contact with. I accidentally mixed up their resend slip with another one so a parcel ment for another company was sent to them. When I contacted Funsport.de customer service and told them about my mistake, which was totally on my behalf, they contacted me a few hours later and told me they had solved the problem. They had called the other company and solved it with them. I had to do nothing even if it was my mistake.

This shop specialises in outdoor sports equipment.
I bought a pair of snowboarding boots from them and it never arrived.
They claimed that it was my fault, even though I had paid with Paypal which had given them my correct address. nevertheless they had sent it to the wrong address.
Their communication and attitude to customer care is appalling.

Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!
