We stayed at the F-37 Atlantis
We stayed at the F-37 Atlantis. The photos on their website are completely deceptive of this house. The living room has a TV, but the master bedroom has a tiny LCD monitor, no actual TV and the other bedrooms/garage no longer have a TV at all. The dining table and chairs look nothing like the photos. The dining room table is covered with a cheap tablecloth and chairs are metal. The mirrors and decor scattered in different rooms (housekeeper didn’t bother putting it back in the correct rooms). There is food crumbs and hair in the drawers of the kitchen. Dust everywhere. Mold on the shower grout, Lounge chairs and on the ground by the pool.
When we tried to take a shower our first night, soap scum, mold, and bugs on the ceiling were discovered in the showers throughout the house. Hair and yellow stains all over the sheets in every room at check in, as well as the linen closet sheets. Hair and stains on towels in linen closet. Stained pillows. The PH level was off in the pool when we tried to swim.
A truly horrifying experience. I really don’t know how this company has so many good reviews. This house is dirty and run down. The company doesn’t care about customer service whatsoever. When I called in to discuss why the house was so dirty at check in, the property manager Shari basically called me a lier and said “what motivation would the housekeeper have not to clean the house?”. Who talks to customers like this! She also sent me a demeaning text message about contacting them for clean linens at 9 pm, (which I would have never done, if the linens and towels provided in the house at check in were actually clean). The Funtierland website clearly says they are available 24/7, as they should be for urgent problems that arise. Also, I advised Shari that mold needs to be removed by a professional and not a housekeeper, as the caulking around the shower would need to be torn out and replaced. No offer to move us into another clean and mold free rental, which judging by this house, they probably don’t have any, just rundown shacks like this one.
This company is taking advantage of busy travelers, and it’s not right. *Consumers Beware*
