I have had 2 bikes delivered with no problems. They are easy to deal with and I would use them again.

They have transported my bikes (adventure, sportbikes, vintage..) from coast to coast in the last 10 years. Never a problem or delay and the online tracking is great. I'm sure I'll use them again in the future.

Excellent transaction from beginning to end.
Also the feature to know where the location of transport was all the time, and the call from the driver at the delivery which was on time!

This was the smoothest, most friendly and economical process. Can't say enough about Barb and the folks at the warehouses as well.

Professional and fantastic to work with!!!!

It is important to begin my review by saying that I'm very particular (picky) about how I keep my cars & my motorcycles. I've used Federal twice now, once from southern CA to Spokane, WA & most recently from Vernon, CT to Culver, IN. In both cases the motorcycle being shipped on my behalf was obviously cared for & arrived damage free. They do what they do well. I'd recommend Federal without hesitation.

One two occasions in the past year, Federal Companies has come to the rescue when I needed my motorcycle and trailer shipped safely and securely. The first, in 2016, I was unable to return from a cross-country motorcycle trip due to an unexpected illness and had to have them shipped.
The second time was when I recently relocated between states. Based on my initial experience, I had no hesitation in calling FedCoS to help me once again.
I look forward to working with them in the future, should I need to ship my motorcycle and/or trailer.

Mary is my contact and she is always friendly, responsive, on top of the details, and great to work with.

On time, no damage. Delivered on time, professional and knew what they were doing.

Good and bad
Hired STS\Federal to move my motorcycle from NY to Las Vegas.
It arrived at destination with $4000 of damage (both fenders cracked, headlight destroyed, light bar bent, brake light cover literally ripped off).

Good:
The claims personnel could not be nicer or more professional. Nichole, Mary and Lindsay were excellent in helping me navigate the process and I was eventually reimbursed for the damages. Highly recommended.

Bad (Very bad)
Unfortunately, the reason for using a shipping company is not to enjoy a good claims process but to get an item from point A to point B without incident.
For this, the company failed miserably.
I also had to spend a ton of time and effort to get the bike over to a dealer and have them provide a repair quote while not being able to use the bike as needed.
The company stated that my inconvenience would not be compensated in any form.

Because they failed in their primary function of providing acceptable shipping services, I would strongly not recommend them.
They only get 2 stars because of their excellent claims service. Otherwise, ZERO stars.

These guys are on time and extremely professional. They picked up my bike in SoCal and dropped it off in Miami Beach exactly when they had quoted. It took them all of 10 minutes to have it on a palate and securely into the back of a truck, and the two young men were obviously expert and experienced. I will use them again any time necessary and would recommend their services to anyone.

Excellent job they took my information and kept me informed, delivered without incident. Not a lot to say when everything went so smooth.

Great people, all very helpful and cooperative. Will ship my next motorcycle wherever.

excellent vendor. Pricey but so are their competitors

I’ll try to keep a long story short…….Kristina has been the absolute bomb for me. She has been so helpful during the initial set up of trucking my bike from MN to CA and through daily communication. I could not be happier and I wanted you go know.

I live in Southern CA. I bought a $31,500 Harley on Ebay… the bike was in Northern MN. I first tried the “Uship” on Ebay. Only had one haul offer …..I was going to use it even though the price was $1,500 but as it turned out the timing did not work out. I then tried HOG, which linked me to Federal. I tried to do the detailed on line quote to get the shipping set up but was having trouble getting it to work so I used the “chat” box…..this is where Kristina came in. I gave her all the info and within minutes she provided me with a detailed quote and dates in writing. I was ecstatic. I made all my arrangements and I booked the haul with Kristina. Everything took place exactly like Kristina said it would and I checked in with her each morning to see what was happening. She responded quickly and with the detailed info I was looking for ……basically….”where is it”? LOL!!!!

Bike delivered to my home on 03/17/17 just like Kristina said it should and the haul was perfect. I mean there was not a mark on this bike…….and basically this is like a brand new bike so I would have been able to tell if there was any marks on this bike. Everything was awesome…….really awesome. In looking below in the chain it seems that almost everything is below starting with the quote provided back on 02/24/17.

This entire deal was very stressful for me. I had to pay a guy $31,500 that I did not know that was 2,000 miles away. Then I had to figure out how to register this bike because CA will not register used vehicles under 7,500 miles. I got that all worked out. Everyone did what they said they would do and I was delivered a bike that I am totally thrilled with.

Kristina was a key element in making me feel better and making this happen and I am very appreciative of everything that she did to help me and I wanted to be sure that you guys knew about this.
