Never received Teepee

I bought a Teepee in September, all I have is "Order Processing" in the notifications - the Teepee I wanted was no longer available on its own as I had emailed to ask about it and I got a response then but it was on their website with the floor mat so I bought it - which I did find strange, should have known then.

Since then, I have emailed countless times and even phoned from the UK but no response.

This is appalling customer service, I have to say I had ordered previously, yes, delivery took a bit longer but I received my items and I had no cause for concern but this latest order experience, is shocking & I have held back from reviewing but it's now beyond a joke & don't want anyone else out of pocket.

I ordered a tent cushion on 20 September 2025, and it still hasn't arrived. I've chased by email and rung but had no response at all. I spent over £40 and have no cushion. I now have to look elsewhere. The company should offer updates to customers and respond to contacts about items purchased but not delivered.

Really bad quality of the products

Really bad quality of the products. Pillow for this amount of money is already not good to sleep on. I have emailed them but not a single response back. Stuff is very expensive for the quality and service. I would not recommend wasting your money.
I have bought the pillow off amazon for half of the price and it is so much better that this.

Unfortunately I will not be buying from this company again and would not recommend to others.

The fabric, colour and detail of the gold dots for the canopy are lovely and dainty. This is ruined by the brown logo being placed in an odd area. I get that brands want to have their logo on display, but consideration for placement would have elevated this product, instead of ruining it. The logo from afar looks like a big mark and it's jarring.

It is also disappointing how the canopy and floor mat are not a good fit for each other. Even when the canopy is opened up and the front propped open with toys or cushions, the floor mat is still way too big.

quality control seemed to be on holiday I think with my canopy, as there was alot of threads that have needed cutting, pieces of thread were loose on the canopy when opened and the above issues, means I will not be buying anymore items from here and will go back to the company I normally buy these from.

The fabric is lovely and the colour is true to the colours shared in the advert and customer service have responded to complaint privately in a polite manner (though I do wonder if they reflect on poor feedback to improve their product or if they just focus on the happy photos and ignore the people who aren't satisfied)

I appreciate not everyone would be bothered by having brown square logos in eye view, in odd places on the canopy, or that you have to do some trimming once it's up, however for the money I'd expect more and am really disappointed and sad with this order.

Very low quality products and the…

Very low quality products and the returns procedure is extremely bad. They do not reply to your emails and you have to pay hefty charges to arrange return to them and have to pay customs charges for the return and this whole process takes months and even after that the parcel gets returned to wasting all the customs charges and return postage because these guys never provided clear instructions or helped in returning the parcel. Never buy from them, save your money time and peace.

Great build quality, longer delivery to UK due to customs

While the order took a little longer than expected (around 3 weeks all in all) which is probably all due to Brexit, when it arrived, I was amazed at its quality. I ordered a tippee tent: the wooden structure was very well done and solid and the clothing material felt durable but light weight and of a nice colour. When I asked about order delivery timelines, the reply was prompt. The only thing is it would be good to be more up front and give lower expectations around delivery (give clear warning that UK delivery takes longer) so that it's not disappointing to anyone.

Yet again I’m writing another review as im still waiting for my order and I’m having to again chase this company! No empathy and no service whatsoever! Very disappointing and unhappy mom!
Coming up to 7 weeks now!!! What a joke of a company just under £200 purchase and no response

Been almost 4 weeks and order is still in Poland!

Shocking service! Ordered a tipi for my daughter’s birthday with what I thought was time to spare with their ‘7-9 business day delivery’. It’s now been 16 business days, almost 4 weeks, and my order is still ‘stored in delivery centre Poland’.

I’ve been in email contact for 2 weeks now asking progress and was told I would receive the item today. It’s still in Poland not shipped! I’ve asked for a refund and for my order to be cancelled, but told this cannot happen. I’m now seeking to cancel this payment with my bank and order elsewhere, as I feel like I’ve been scammed… my daughters birthday was over a week ago now and still no gift!

Such a dissapointing experience

I was really looking forward to receiving the play mat and cushions for my daughter. Unfortunately, it appears that the parcel was lost in transit and I'm having to chase Fun with Mum who are slow is responding, not proactive and unfortunately have not yet resolved the issue. I'm still waiting to receive a refund for an order placed on 20th October. I'm so frustrated and disappointed that despite many messages, nothing appears to happen.

Read through negative reviews as well I…

Read through negative reviews as well I just looked at the first page of good reviews but bad reviews all say similar thing would have made me rethink. I ordered from this company on the 21st October for my daughters 4th birthday. Been told today NOT BY THE COMPANY that my order is still in Poland 3 weeks after ordering. The communication has been terrible and when they reply to my emails I just get told it’s on the way.

very good customer service, high quality, fast delivery

I asked for a super fast delivery and she didn't hesitate to answer me on the weekend that she's going to prioritize my order and send it right away on Monday morning. So my order made its way from Poland to Switzerland in 2 days. Thank you so much! We love the quality and color of the product!!

Outstanding quality and service

Ordered a teepee and accessories for my little boy from fun with mum. Can honestly say I was utterly blown away by the quality and craftsmanship of the tent and accessories. It’s really beautiful fabric and my little boy is obsessed with it. It’s incredible value for money. Good communication throughout and whilst delivery took a few weeks, it was so worth the wait. Beautifully packed and easy to assemble but excellent quality materials that will last for years. Well worth the cost!!! Thankyou xx

I would not recommend this company to…

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The worst service experience I had in a long time. The company took more than a month to deliver my item, and didn’t keep us informed of anything. The courier didn’t give any notification of when we would receive the item and attempted to deliver twice during half term week, so we wasn’t at home. Now that we are asking for refund, considering everything and the fact that we still don’t have the item, the company is asking us to pay for the return of the item in order for us to get our money back. The worst part is having to hear from the company that I should have been waiting at home for my item. My response was, I would if I was kept informed about when this would be delivered. Terrible service.

Unprofessional

I placed an order with them on 23 August 2023. The next day they contacted me to say that the colour I chose was not available and gave me the option to change colour or wait 10 days for the colour I chose to become available. I asked them to cancel the order as I wasn't happy with either of the options. They did not cancel the order and did not reply to my email at all.
I had to travel unexpectedly and couldn't chase this straight away. When I returned on 5 September I emailed them again to chase this order and they said the colour I wanted was available for shipping next day. I agreed to shipment as it seemed the only option at the time, thinking since it was not cancelled when I asked for it, placing a new order with any other company would be the same waiting time at that point.
By 11 Sept I had not received anything and chased it again. I was told
estimated delivery was 18 to 20 Sept. I received the item 19th September.
I wish they had respected the customers wish to cancel the order at the first place since they were unable to deliver instead of just ignoring it. I waited 4 weeks to receive my order and the item does not make it worth the wait really. Its a cotbed bumper that is very thin and does not stay in place. I ended up ordering a new item within the UK with next day delivery that is much better. I surely do not recommend this company and won't be purchasing again in the future. They wasted my time and money.

Broken product

I feel terrible about writing a bad review for what is obviously a small business, but my tent arrived very faulty.

The poles simply did not go together, it was quite tricky to follow the instructions, although I did get there in the end (making do with the poles not fitting together so it’s not that stable) and there was a big tear inside the flap of the tent on arrival.

I reported this all to the customer service team who were frankly exceptionally rude. After four weeks and photos and emails, they have told me that my only option is to pay to have the product to return to Poland, which is obviously very expensive.

As I said they were horribly rude and treated me as if I was somehow trying to scam them, I would definitely not recommend buying from these guys.
