Ordered drawer runners at the beginning of November, nothing arrived. First email to Furnica they blamed the courier, second email said they'd send out replacements, third and fourth email ignored. Still no runners. Am pursuing refund through card company.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Placed order. Chased up no delivery after 2 weeks of waiting. Was told problems with courier which seems to be what they say to everyone looking at the reviews.
Demanded to be sent to tracking no. as proof it had been posted but was just getting responses in broken English saying 'courier has given unsatisfactory response' but still sending no tracking no.
Clearly all just lies..
Luckily I had paid with paypal but this took another 4 weeks to come to a conclusion as the company didnt have the decency to respond to the paypal claim/dispute.
I was out of pocket buy £300 for 8 weeks all together not knowing whither I could order some new runners from elsewhere as there was a chance they may randomly turn up. This put the job behind by 8weeks.

TOTAL SCAM COMPANY

The goods surpassed my expectations: super quality and exactly as described!
The communication was flawless and Mr. Siedzielnik did his best to answer to my question in the shortest possible time.
The delivery was a little slow, but this was largely compensated by the product quality: it was worth the wait!
I'll be back for more!!!

Probably not a scam but avoid! They also tamper with reviews and flagged my previous one with the same wording as harmful / illegal and the review was removed. This also dilutes the value of the positive reviews on here, seeing as evidently the negative ones are being flagged and removed.

Same story as a number of other reviews on here. Ordered drawer runners which did not arrive when promised. Phone number does not work ever. Emails are barely responded to. Contacted via FB messenger and Instagram, though the best way is to text the phone number instead of calling it. Did get a response, and indeed a refund in a reasonable time frame but only after threatening to visit the warehouse in Rugby to ensure money was refunded. At best this company is seriously incompetent and at worst a proper scam.

Unfortunately, the experience fell below the standard I expected, and I wanted to provide feedback for your consideration.

The order was not delivered on time, and I received no communication about the delay. While I appreciate that my cancellation and refund request was processed, I was surprised that no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused was offered. Clear communication and a simple apology can go a long way in maintaining trust and ensuring customer satisfaction.Given this experience, we have decided to place your company at the bottom of our supplier list and rest assured we won't ever use you again unless we have to.

Amazing quality and service. The drawer slides are incredibly sturdy and operate smoothly. The hinges are easy to adjust and fit my furniture perfectly. Prices are very competitive, and bulk orders come with great discounts. The technical support team was quick to respond to my questions. Highly recommended!

AVOID. Attempted to buy some draw runners, just as other reviewers say didn't hear anything for a week so tried to contact but their phone contact number just says you can't talk to anyone and to send an email. First email fobbed me off saying EVRI had lost it. I asked for a replacement then heard nothing for another week now no they are no longer responding to emails.

Ordered some wardrobe fittings in early November, promised 3-5 days delivery and when they didn’t arrive I sent in an email and was told that the problem was with EVRI. They still haven’t arrived nor did Furnica provide a tracking number so I couldn’t check either way unfortunately they have stopped responding to any emails. This company is a total sham Avoid, avoid avoid. They are now not responding to any emails so I resorted to asking my credit card company to step in this company should be banned from selling anything in the UK market as they are total rip-off merchant

Ordered a chest of drawers in August, have not received any communication after the order confirmation (it is now November) I emailed them for information three times now and got no response. I have asked for a refund and them to cancel the order and still no response. Avoid at all costs.

Despising the error made by the courier by living the parcel to another block of flats i still got their support for a replacement for free.Very great full and I thank them for understanding. Keep the good work.

The gas struts arrived promptly with good communication tracking the delivery. They were exactly as described and fitted perfectly. Many thanks

Absolutely appalling customer service. We waited over 2 months for our order and asked where it was for weeks and got bad lies from them only to find it was never in stock!

The whorse company i ever seen . I bought tv unit from them. And they riped me off. The tv unit never arrived and refund too. Please PEOPLE AWOID DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS SCAM.

The same as all the others below. This company is clearly not in the UK as they say 4 to 7 days then when nothing arrives they eventually replied to an email saying DPD had been to blame , then two weeks later part of the order arrives! Third week later and still waiting for the latches. The products rollers were decent, but the deciet at the point of sale is ridiculous and the phone number does not accept calls, I expect this is shipped straight from china! Finally completed delivery of latches some 19 days after my order was placed!

I never seen so many liars in my life!!! My product had 3 weeks delay, and it was just beginning of my problems. I'm waiting for my money now 🙏🙏🙏

STAY AWAY!!! Carpenter 20 years cabinet building - so 1-2 days delivery is a lie . First they lied about dpds fault delaying parcel , then I had contact them (via email -phone never works like ever -don’t bother trying !!! 😂) , then they resend the parcel via Everi arrive 1 week after . I thought I pay for next day delivery 🤔? Then I check the parcel to find out they send wrong size under mount drawer runners 🤭🫣 Jesus Maria never ducking again !!!! Furnica -nice 👍🏼 company name + logo - nothing except that- I’m afraid 😳 1 star nowadays is still too much for them .

Lost the package and responded with a replacement delivery but never arrived! Contacted them multiple times but never responded. Worst Company ever dealt with. Do not buy from them!

Absolutely horrible experience. Website claims shipping in 2 to 4 business days. It took weeks for the item to be delivered and it shipped in two parcels that arrived days apart. We contacted them 3 times with only one response. Worst company I've dealt with in a very long time.

Enquiry as to how my order was progressing was dealt with promptly and full refund as requested was issued,
