I can't express my delight enough after an exceptional encounter with Furnica! Upon ordering a sophisticated chest of six drawers, it landed on my doorstep two days earlier than expected, an absolute surprise!

However, the assembly threw me a curveball. But with a quick dial to their Customer Service, everything took a positive turn. For a full 20 minutes, I was in a patient, calm, and understanding conversation with an Assistant who was nothing short of an angel. The depth of empathy shown was heartwarming.

The Assistant’s patience was extraordinary. He softly explained the process, helping me navigate through the assembly instructions that initially seemed like an insurmountable task. I ordered the Gabriel 6 grey and white chest of drawers, 6-9 days for delivery with zero updates on its progress, it never arrived, I contacted Them and they claimed that it was going to arrive at their warehouse in a weeks time, they asked me to be patient, so I was, the following week again no updates on the progress of the chest of drawers, I contacted Them again and wait for it, they said that the Gabriel 6 white and grey chest of drawers were unavailable even though they were still listed on their website as in stock, they apologized and said that the same drawers in white was available and that they would have it delivered express on the following Tuesday guaranteed, I agreed and lo and behold, no delivery, contacted Them and asked them to reach out to the courier company for further details, they contacted UPS and then copied me in, days passed and no updates from furnica or UPS, I emailed furnica, at this point it's well over a month sice I ordered the Gabriel 6 grey and white chest of drawers and my patience had worn out, I contact Jack requesting a full refund, he replied saying that he was sorry and that they would try to resolve the situation, I returned an email requesting that the only resolution was to return my money to me, to date they have not responded to my request, one week later the UPS driver turned up with a delivery but at this point I had already popped out to IKEA and bought the malm chest of drawers so I refused the delivery, fortunately I paid Furnica through PayPal, so I put in a request for a refund, money back in my account but no thanks Furnickyourmoney limited.

Not sure about the good reviews they've received, could be genuine or family and friends of the CEO.

Absolutely won't ever be going on there site for future purchases, this is a true account of what took place it's up to you to decide on whether or not you want to use this company, make sure you pay with PayPal as Furnickyourmoney will not process your refund.

When I recently purchased a new home for my family, I decided to update the built in kitchen that came with the house. Part of that project was to remove all the old cabinet hardware and replace it with new soft close hinges and drawer slider. At first I was hesitant to do this myself but after a call with a very helpful Furnica support agent I was convinced I could do it. They guided me step by step to make sure I had the correct hardware needed. Installation was quite easy and the project turned out to be a great success. We love our upgraded kitchen!! Thanks Furnica!
