I searched for a monthly rental in Tucson, AZ for a few weeks and found most so-called landlords to not be completely forthright and even misleading. During that time I negotiated to book a rental wit... See more

Horrible company to work with
Horrible company to work with. One year, nobody enquires about the rental, absolutely no results. I rented the house myself. Customer service sucks. They enroll you automatically and charge $179. They say there is a little box, probably in fine print, that authorized them to take more money from bank account. They will not return any funds. Stay clear of this scam company. If you sign with them, you want to lose your hard earned money. If I can steer even one person away from this company, it’s a great accomplishment. I think they make their money off of doing nothing and just keep re enrolling people and taking their money. It all adds up. Zero stars from me.
Amount of scammers and crazies on this…
Amount of scammers and crazies on this platform, travelers are mostly scams and unverified, if you're a host be extra careful! I go with Airbnb any day over this as at least guest/hosts are verified and airbnb will step if issues.
Landlord stole my deposit
This landlord requested $250 via Zelle, he disappeared after getting my money. He a fraud and a scammer. I have no intention of allowing him to get away with stealing from me. I will make hoim pay fot that dearly.
Extremely ridiculous customer service stealing customer money
It is ridiculous the company charged annual subscription fee with secret ‘auto renew’ without my consent ever while the site provided absolutely no results in the past year. They refused resolving my cancellation & refund request for unauthorized charge right after the auto charge. Unbelievably short-sighted and cheap customer service. Don’t waste your money and time
Unjustified auto-renewal charge + no refund
Unjustified auto-renewal charge + no refund after cancelling listing
I used Furnished Finder for a single listing, which I removed in January 2025. I seriously doubt I signed up for auto renewal but that's what they told me.
After I saw my credit was charged $179 I called customer service immediately on the same date of the supposed renewal to request a refund. After speaking with a rep who passed me to a specialist I was told “no refund — that’s our policy.” I believe this outcome is unfair, especially when the service was not used and I cancelled the listing months ago.
I do not recommend Furnished Finder to other landlords, their auto-renewal and refund policies are opaque, and customer support seems unwilling to make exceptions even when the service is evidently unused.
FurnishedFinder has some of the worst…
FurnishedFinder has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I created an account last year, got absolutely nothing useful from it, disabled my listing after about a month, and logged out. I never touched the platform again.
A year later, out of nowhere, they hit my credit card with an auto-renewal charge. I called customer service immediately and made it clear that I hadn’t used their service in nearly a year, never intended to renew, and had no idea they would automatically bill me without any notice.
After more than an hour on the phone with Stefanie Tenorio, all I got were rehearsed excuses about why the charge was “non-refundable.” No accountability, no willingness to help—just stonewalling.
Their behavior is extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable. Be very careful with this company—they clearly have no respect for their customers and will charge you without hesitation.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I went to this website for information about possibly renting a room to a traveling nurse or doctor. My CC info was given in the event that I wanted to proceed with their services. No dollar amount was specified. I wasn't interested and was bombarded with spam inquiries to which I replied that I was not interested. At no time did they indicate that I was already a paid member and entitled to services. I was shocked to find 2 charges, 1 for $179 and another for $119 on my CC this month. They refused to refund me saying my receipt must have gone to my spam email. I will be refuting this with my CC company. I would never do business with such a dececeptive company!
Furnished Finders - Property Owners Beware
Property owners beware of this company. They charged me the annual fee without any notice and did so without transparency just after midnight best described at under-handed. After receiving a charge notice from Capital One I called FF and requested the charge to be reversed, but they refused, even knowing that I had not listed the property for rent for the previous year. The customer service is obviously poor. Ironically they rate the property owners and the renters in an effort eliminate bad actors and miss information. Furnish Finders in this case deserves one star. I suggest that other property owners dispute these types of charges and don't let them talk you into an auto renewal situation. This is a good concept executed very poorly by Furnish Finders
No refunds despite faulty product
No refunds, no exceptions, even when their product is not functioning as expected. Unethical and deceptive sales practices.
This has been the worst customer…
This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I was never able to use the service to list my property because the landlord bio verification process failed five times in a row. When I requested a full refund of my annual subscription fee—given that I couldn't access the service at all—I was met with a flat "no." from the monotone customer service rep.
The customer service showed no interest in understanding my situation and simply kept repeating, "You signed the terms of use." Yes, I signed the terms of use, but that agreement was based on the assumption that I would actually be able to use the service. I couldn't even get past the verification process due to persistent technical glitches on their website, let alone set up my account or create a listing.
In my case, a refund seems entirely reasonable and should have been considered an exception. Their customer service is truly disappointing and full of "sucker you" attitude. I will file a dispute to my credit card company. Guess what, if you want to delete your credit card on file, you will not be allowed to unless you add a new one first. Who would set a freaking dictating rule like that? This company earns my zero trust. RUN!!!
NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR
I don't even want to give 1 star. This service is horrible. I never got 1 renter, and I had a great listing. Then they auto renew the listing and send you no notice (at least I never got one). They simply send you a confirmation that you renewed and were charged. Then they refuse to refund the fee, even if you cannot use them due to no availability anymore. They say they will not refund. This is poor customer service.
We've been Furnished Finder landlords…
We've been Furnished Finder landlords and tenants for five years. We've referred tons of others to Furnished Finder. Six months ago we stopped renting our property out but forgot to toggle the Autorenew off. We were charged $179 for the upcoming year. I immediately reached out asking for a refund, and they simply say NO and hide behind "their policy." Furnished Finder: Policy over People.
Soo disappointed in general
Soo disappointed in general, from a wonky website that doesn't permit important filters, to landlords that are either not responsive, or totally honest or transparent, to the utter lack of customer service when a renter or a landlord needs assistance. Emails go routinely unanswered and it's nearly impossible to actually communicate with FF, when needed. I've used them several times over the last couple years, and each time I do, I end up frustrating, telling myself I won't use them again. Step up FF and landlords!
Scam Central
I stupidly referred a relative to Furnished Finders (FF) and he got scammed for $3000.00 attempting to rent a Portland, Maine listing. FF said the property owner contact info was VERIFIED? Nonsense! FF obviously does very little to verify anything. It’s time consumers stop feeding into these type of irresponsible greed capitalism websites that links unsophisticated users up to con artists.
HORRIBLE company.
HORRIBLE company.
They'll take your money and not provide the service.
DO NOT USE THEM
Michelle Cardona was exceptionly helpful
Michelle Cardona was exceptionly patient and helpful this afternoon in solving my problem where the menu on my dashboard partially covered my dashboard contents and prevented my full use of the dashboard .
5*s to her
Charged twice, canceled within one hour, only partial refund given
I signed up for Furnished Finder and was charged $179 for the listing and another $119 for their setup service. Both payments happened within about an hour. The paywall appeared before explaining what each service actually was.
When I realized the setup service wasn’t what I expected, I contacted support immediately to cancel it. Then I tried to continue with the $179 self-service listing, but their verification process failed three times. Since I couldn’t use any part of the platform, I asked to cancel both and get a full refund—within the same hour.
They agreed to refund the $179 but refused to refund the $119 setup fee, claiming it’s “non-refundable,” even though no usable service was ever delivered and I couldn’t even access the listing.
I’ll never use this platform again. Their early paywall, confusing purchase flow, and refusal to issue a full refund for services that weren’t provided say everything about their business model.
Update: I’ve also been in touch with Capital One and will file a dispute for the remaining $119 once the charge posts. I’ll update this review based on how they handle it.
Update 2: It took them 10 days to send an email confirming the $179 refund, and now it will take another 3–5 days before it actually posts. They’re still refusing to refund the additional $119, but Capital One has issued a temporary credit while disputing it with Furnished Finder. Very poor experience overall, long delays and uncooperative service.
Support refuses to update a city location
My property can be searched on Google with two cities - Atlanta or Marietta. I showed proof of this to support asking for help changing the listing from Atlanta to Marietta because the tenant leads that are recommended were consistently looking for city of Atlanta locations and my property on the Atlanta / Marietta line was too far away. They refused to update city even with proof that this was legitimate concern and my
Property can be found with both Atlanta and Marietta addresses. So now I’ve paid $175 for a subscription that is 100% reliant on users looking at the map view and none of the recommended tenants leads are coming from the right geographical location. I will not be renewing my listing and recommend other landlords look elsewhere. Plus the amount of fraud tenants that are on the platform is increasing at an alarming rate.
take advantage and money no results
I paid for a full year to list my home for rent and did not receive a single rental inquiry or booking during that entire time. Despite the complete lack of activity on my account, I was recently charged for an automatic renewal — without any warning or notification.
What’s even more frustrating is that I hadn’t used the service at all throughout the year, which is clearly visible on my account history. When I reached out to request a refund, I was told it wasn’t possible — even though it’s obvious that the service provided me with no value whatsoever.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing. I feel taken advantage of, and it’s upsetting to see such a lack of accountability from a company I trusted. I hope you reconsider how you treat customers in similar situations moving forward.
NOT RECOMMENDED
A week ago, I paid for a listing service through Furnished Finder. Shortly after signing up, I started receiving numerous phishing and spam messages asking for my personal and financial information, which makes me believe my personal data was exposed through their platform. I reached out to customer service to cancel my subscription and request a refund, but they refused, citing their no-refund policy. If a website cannot protect user data and exposes its customers to scams, charging $180 is unacceptable. I had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction.
