Do not buy from this company. I purchased a white gloss dressing table. I engaged an odd job man to build it for me, unfortunately it has a pink tinge to it, not white at all. Complained, but they do not refund on items already built. I sent pictures, they replied advising it was the lighting in the room causing the pink colour, I then sent a pic of dressing table alongside my other white gloss furniture, clearly showing the pink, but now they are totally ignoring me, absolutely shocking lack of customer me service. If we all boycott this company they won't have a business, go elsewhere.

11 weeks, 4 emails, 1 letter sent by recorded delivery, 1 irate phone call before I got a response. Goods damaged on receipt, best offer was a 5% goodwill refund. Have get out clauses, read their Returns and refunds page, will charge you to return faulty goods, (the delivery charge). I will never buy from this site again. Appalling customer service.

If you have an issue with your product you will not get any response and if you do manage to get a refund be sure that it will not be the full refund you were expecting even if the item was returned exactly as received in the original packing. They deducted the following charges from my refund: - £20.40 restocking fee and £21.58 delivery cost even though delivery costs were "free" and I paid for the return costs. These charges were not declared in any of the Ts&Cs. Absolutely no response to communications. Unfortunately I saw it’s Etsy reviews too late. I am now trying to recover costs via PPal but they too haven't received any response from this company todate.
