can't believe my chairs were delivered so quickly, efficiently - full marks!

Order was processed really quickly. Not put the bed up yet bedroom not quite finished would order from them again

We pre-ordered, communication when items were ready and dispatched within 2 days of call. Really impressed with the level of service and communication from the delivery company was quoted a delivery time on the day of between 12:47 - 13:47!

These chairs are fab, comfortable & good quality at a great price.i also have the same chairs in black brought from Furnisho a couple of years ago & they have stood the test of time.

only 4 days to ship from Great Britain to Italy! yeah.. well done! :)

From the beginning to the end service was amazing, text information regarding delivery two days before and a day before, phone call before the item arrived on the day. The item arrived in perfect condition, would readily buy again from this site!

We are very pleased with our purchase they are lovely chairs but would not recommend them for disabled people I am disabled and cannot use chair unless my husband is there to help me in and out of chair as with them being rocker & swivel you need to have good balance now we are looking for 2 sweater sofa to go with our chairs . Thank you

My neighbour helped me assemble chair. He was surprised there were no washers to accompany the screw-in legs. The chair wobbled so we measured the legs and they were all of equal size. We rotated the legs and the chair still wobbled. He came to the conclusion that the fault was in the frame of the chair. I returned the product and did not request a replacement.

I ordered 3 tub chairs on 30th Dec and was a bit concerned because there was no indication on the website or by email when I should expect to receive my delivery. 2 weeks passed and still no news or indication when to expect. On the third week I started chasing it up and found that my delivery was expected in the warehouse that week and they would contact me to arrange delivery when it arrived.
The item arrived and I was contacted only to find that the delivery times were not flexible so I had to book a day off work to receive the items which wasn't ideal.
The delivery came promptly on the delivery day and I was contacted in the morning to advise me of the 1 hour delivery window which was good.
The product arrived and was delivered to my house. I was left to get rid of the huge cardboard boxes which was a bit awkward as the didn't fit in my car easily. Also one of the chairs was slightly soiled on the arm but I was able to wipe this off with a cloth.
The feet of the chair were covered in some sort of chalky powder so I also had to clean these. Overall I was happy with the chairs and they look great. The cushions are not very soft though and the chairs tend to move if they are on a wooden floor as the casters are plastic so don't throw yourself back into one or you could end up on the floor. Very comfortable when sat in them though and they are good for your back. Service could be improved by better communication of the delivery process and when to expect the goods, a reduction in delivery time, ensuring the product is in a clean condition and removing those giant cardboard boxes.

i bought one cream faux leather tub chair, it is very well made and a nice size for my bedroom,absolutely delighted so purchased the same again for my dress room.absolute bargain,delighted.

The chair is ok, and reasonable value for money. But my main gripe is that the description of "Premium bonded leather" is totally false - it's a fairly cheap vinyl. Some of the build quality is a bit ropey - I had to force one of the side bolts into a socket that is fixed totally the wrong angle.

The chairs i ordered were delivered on time and i was kept informed. The overall quality was not great- chair legs had manufacturing defects, mainly chips. Reasonable value for what we paid - just

I've now ordered several items from Furnisho to Germany. The first delivery was re wrapped in transit by the freight company; the packing was flimsy and the items thrown into the box with no packing material. I placed a second order and have the company benefit of doubt. The packaging was the same poor standard. They need to give some training in the warehouse. The flimsy box was ruined on delivery. It was a miracle the products weren't damaged.

But that said, the products are excellent value.

I have been looking to purchase a chair for some time and have been looking on line at many sights. my husband and I decided to order the chair on the Sunday evening and I had it in the house by 11am on the Tuesday. It was great only to have a window of an hour with which to be in the house and the chair came within 5 minutes of the stated time. thinking of buying another!
