Company take your cash 24/7. But the phone for support rings from 9:45 till 17:00 - and that is all it does RING. If persistent you can talk to sales eventually who take your message and pass it to the non existent support team. If you are lucky your item will arrive eventually!! My advice? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My worst online experience ever!!

I (stupidly) ordered from this company before checking the reviews! Placed an order yesterday to be delivered today for my disabled son and quickly realised my mistake when I checked reviews, asked for the order to be cancelled within an hour of placing the order to be lied to by Mark Shaw, Sales Advisor who said it had already left the warehouse, surprise surprise, no delivery today and an email from the courier company saying they had not received the item but were expecting it, not very hopeful I'll get the item at all or if I do that it will be of the quality I'm expecting. No one answering the phone and now ignored emails so will be going down the fraud route with my sons funding source which is via the council and have already contacted trading standards as I have zero confidence in this company, how they are still showing in a Google search engine is appalling, more people shoukd leave Google reviews as well as here on trust pilot as these people are scammers!

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered pine bed for elderly relatives. It was broke (headboard) when we opened it. I’ve sent photos , emails, spoke to after sales they said they would look into it. This has been going on for 4 weeks and no refund or uplift of item which is upsetting my relatives.

I’ve tried phoning this morning and my husband a few days ago yet again!!! No one answers

I’m going to have to take this matter further to get my in laws their money back.

2 weeks since took the payment no email reply no phone answer going to dispute transaction with bank now.

I am another victim of this callous retailer. Product not delivered and no refund provided. Anyone one who works for this company should be ashamed of themselves

Criminal! How this company is still allowed to trade is shocking. As others have said, I wish I had read reviews first. Ordered a waterproof mattress, told delivery in 48hrs. Never received. I was repeatedly lied to every time I attempted to chase. Always told I would get a call back, but never did. I even resorted to being a new customer wishing to make a purchase, In my attempt to get a call back. Somebody rung me back within 30 mins when they thought they could rob more money. Eventually had to go through my bank to get a chargeback. The distress this experience has caused, the mattress was for my disabled son to move into supported living. This company don't give a stuff about the vulnerable people they are exploiting. I really hope it gets shut down with some prosecutions made. It really is fraud and theft! They are all total scum! AVOID AVOID.

Utter scam !!!! Do not buy anything from this site…… Take money and don't deliver, don't ever answer phone, don't reply to emails….. This should be a case for the POLICE!!!

This company will not answer my calls. Will not answer my emails. They owe my recently deceased father £400 and they refuse to return the money they took from my father on his death bed.

Do NOT use this company.

They are holding on to almost £1000 of our money and we have not seen a splinter of furniture. We have been pursuing for two weeks and no one on the phone knows what the hell is going on.

We're now going through small claims court.

If you are in the same boat as us, their promises to call back are LIES. Save yourself the run around and cut straight to legal action.

I have also reported the transaction to Action Fraud.

This company is a fraud. I ordered a mattress which has not been delivered since I ordered it in September. I have requested a refund and have completely ignored all emails and calls.
The people that answer the phone have no idea what they’re talking about and “ cannot “ talk to the manager who deals with refunds. PLEASE do not waste your time and money as you will never receive your products or get your money back. It is outrageous that they sell products to vulnerable people and people in need and treat them in such ways.
Will be contacting various fraud companies to inform them of this “company”.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - I wish I had read the reviews, but, like others I needed a mattress urgently and was taken in by the 90% of our products are delivered the next day promise. It has taken a week, six phone calls and two emails, to find out that this product isn't going to be delivered at all. Horrendous experience all round.

I needed a new mattress cover for the Hospital Grade Waterproof Mattress. They were first going to give me a quote then they said the cover is now stitched to the mattress then they said they were two types of cover but on the website they only describe one. The zippered cover is only waterproof on one side. So after having bought two mattresses within 2 years for my son who lives in supported accommodation, I needed a new one as the second mattress I bought over the phone to replace the first one, was not waterproof on the other side and I did not realize that until it was ruined. As the mattress comes with a 10 years warranty, I asked for a discount for the third one I was going to buy within 3 years and since then, Sales have not answered any of my calls nor emails I have sent every day for a week. In other words they are just ignoring me.

Whatever you do don’t order from this company they are truly terrible. I didn’t get next day delivery as promised for a waterproof mattress and duvet I needed urgently for a vulnerable person. When I phoned nearly a week after I placed my order they couldn’t provide any detail about my order or when I would get it. I requested a cancellation and refund (by phone and email) so that I could order from a reputable company. This was completely ignored and they continued
to send mattress though no duvet. I now have 2 mattresses and have requested furniture 247 collect it but I know they aren’t going to due to my experience of the company. I’ve never come across anything like it before.

A week and a half after ordering a small double hospital grade mattress and numerous unanswered phone calls and emails today I received a mattress low quality delivered by a man in a estate car no address or name on the parcel , avoid this company extremely dodgy all there goods if you get them are from different people via e-commerce

Like others I ordered a mattress, delivery was delayed, i cancelled and asked for refund, and I called and chased for over 2 weeks to no avail. However I went to my bank as I paid on debit card, completed a "chargeback" form and had a refund 2 days later. If you need a refund, tell furniture 247 in writing, give them 2 weeks and then go to your bank / credit card and ask for a charge back form, don't waste time chasing them for the refund

How I wish I'd read these reviews before placing my order! Very helpful staff at first, answering my questions about the mattress and explaining how the 'next day delivery' worked. Once I'd placed the order things changed. The mattress didn't turn up 'next day' so I rang, to be told somebody would get back to me. They didn't. Later that evening I sent an email; I got a response the next day saying simply 'That was delivered already @ 16:22 ?' At this point alarm bells rang and I checked the reviews. Oh dear! I have now spoken to them again and they've promised a full refund within 5 days. Time will tell! Please avoid these crooks.

UPDATE: no refund was received, so I emailed them. No response. Time to raise this with my credit card company and Trading Standards, although how helpful the latter will be I'm not sure. Given the number of complaints there have already been, they shouldn't be trading any more.

I reinforce what everyone says about this company. They take your money, they do not deliver your order, they do not reply to emails or telephone calls, THEY ARE TO BE AVOIDED!! I have also reported this company to Citizens Advice, Trading Standards and Action Fraud, please if you have any problems with this company do the same and hopefully we can get this company shut down. Thankfully I got the money back via my card provider.
