Love the furniture
Love the furniture, a bit fiddly putting together but looks good when done. The only issue was with DPD that delivered the furniture , the first time he came, didn’t knock and claimed we weren’t in as we watched him drive off. The second delivery driver was great

I absolutely love my dinning table and benches, it is perfect size for my living room and the benches fit under the table making it a perfect space saver. The quality is fantastic and the delivery was super quick. I would 100% recommend.

Good price and quality
Purchased garden furniture. It was well priced, delivered packaged well and easy to put together. DPD did delay my delivery but this was not the fault of Furniturebox. Would buy from this company again.

Beautiful solid wood table
We ordered a round extendable table. It was a great price for a solid wood product. The quality of this was superb and it was very easy to put together. We were particularly impressed with the mechanism when the table was extended. We have never seen this before and as it wasn’t shown in the pictures of the product we hadn’t expected it. Perhaps Furniture Box should add it to the description! The table came well packaged and protected and delivery was fast and we were kept informed is its arrival. We would definitely recommend this company and would be happy to purchase off them again.

It's lovely, feels it could be better ✨️
After receiving two boxes we very quickly realised it was a flat-pack jobby... it's not really fault of the company, I thought I read it thoroughly only to realise it was the very last sentence on the description 😅.
The company claim for the cushions to be anti-slip - i'm finding this to not be the case and having to readjust them often which is frustrating as it was one of the big incentives that lead me to purchasing.
However, I loved that it came with the table - it wasn't clear at first and the fact it comes with a protective cover. That's a lovely touch.
Delievery times were easy and precise.
I personally feel the price is just slightly over what I think is reasonable for the quality when there is so much competition in other companies.

The process of purchasing from Furniturebox was a pleasure from start to finish. They responded to my initial enquiry in a timely fashion, their customer service operatives are knowledgeable and listen, no AI bots doing the work just genuine people who cared that your customer experience with them was excellent.

I had a slight damage however the staff was able to help and rectify the problem and they got back to me straightaway, plus it was good to speak to a real person.
