Top marks to this company. We purchased a clearance Parker Knoll chair over the phone. All the communication with the company was very professional and friendly. The chair was delivered on time and the two delivery guys were fantastic. They unpackaged it, carried it to the room and gave us plenty of time to check we were happy with it, which we were. Super price as well, thank you.

A great company to do business with. Very helpful initially answering queries etc, very competitive pricing and superb service throughout. The delivery process was great and fitted in with us on the day after very kindly altering their schedule. I love the fact that they deliver themselves and don't use other companies/couriers - great care was taken and the delivery guys were great. Will definitely recommend to others and will use again when we next need some furniture!

Second time using Haynes for G Plan furniture. Once again very competitive pricing, service and free delivery to Scotland, this is a brilliant company to deal with. Bought G Plan sofa with a deposit and final payment once delivered and checked, can't beat that! 2 delivery guys were absolutely tremendous, it was tight getting the sofa in as the feet couldn't be removed but they patiently persevered and found a way. Would highly recommend.
