Easy to apply and gets good penetration on new decking. My only reservation was how yellow it made the wood. Trying to mitigate that at the moment by applying a darker decking oil. I do think though it’s a great foundation to build on.

Happy with quality and final finish. Easy to apply and clean up. Had used Manns Premier UV Decking OIl previously and this, to me, gives a similar result. This was easier to use (pour out) due to plastic pull out nozzle on top of the container.

This rating reflects the excellent service that I received from Furniture Clinic in obtaining the product. The quality and efficiency of the product will only become apparant during the next few months. Firstly the tin has a well sealed expanding pouring spout at the top which reduces spashes when pouring into a container which in contrast to other products that I have used is a welcome bonus. Despite being called an 'oil', the product is quite runny and watery in substance, This makes it particularly easy to brush on and brush out to spread evenly. I gave it the recommended four hours before putting on a second coat. I was concerned that I was applying it too liberally and would run out before completing the job. However the five litre tin was just a bit more than enough to put two coats on a decking area of 4 x 2.4 metres. The colour of the original decking (which has greyed over the years) was maintained except that the oil seems to have 'brought out the grain' in the wood possibly making it more attractive. From other reviews of this and similar products, I was expecting a more brown/golden finish. So far I am well pleased with both the Company and the product

I realise my reply is a little delayed (apologies) but I thought I'd post it anyway as it is likely to help you and other potenital customers too.
When decking weathers it turns a grey(ish) colour, whereas the original colour of the wood is often a brown/golden/honey type colour. If you want to restore the original colour it is the Decking Cleaner that will do this, the Decking Oil (if applied afterwards) will enhance the original colour, but its the cleaner that really brings back the original colour.
One of the benefits of the Decking Oil though, is that once applied it will help the wood retain its original colour, delaying the process of it turning grey.
