Well I finally received the furniture wipes I ordered. The product is excellent, individually wrapped with plenty of moisture on the wipe, everything I was hoping for or expecting, and the customer service experience was excellent too, thankfully. And that is where all good things come to an end.! The delivery of the product is something else! My initial order was supposed to be delivered by Amazon, I received a text informing me that it would arrive on a Friday, then a text saying that it was running late, and it will be delivered Saturday, then a text saying there is a problem with the delivery and to contact furniture clinic! Then yet another text informing me it will be delivered on Saturday. In the afternoon of that Saturday I received another text informing me it had been delivered and left on the doorstep, unfortunately it wasn’t my doorstep. So then I emailed furniture clinic explaining the situation and they very efficiently sent out a replacement order, this time with a different courier… DX tell me they have my order and it will be delivered between 14:06 and 16:06 they even supplied information on tracking, 16:06 passes without delivery and low and behold I have now been shifted to an all day delivery and now unable to track my delivery. My order finally arrived at 17:00. As good as this product is, I’m not sure I’ll be ordering from them again purely because of their delivery options. I would prefer if they used someone more reliable like the post office, I’d be quite willing to pay the extra cost too. It’s a shame, it seems like a great company being let down by their delivery service. Incidentally DX just left it on the doorstep.thankfully the right one this time.
