PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a wardrobe worth £1500 from this company since the 15th of October 2018, I have since been trying to get an update on my delivery.

I called on numerous occasions never managing to speak to anyone, On the off chance you get someone, they will tell you that you came to the wrong department and they will forward your concern to the correct department and someone will contact you. They never do.

It has been over 2 months, nothing. I have called to have my order cancelled but I have not received a confirmation of that happening either. In short, this feels like a bunch of cowboys in way over their heads or worse still a bunch of fraudsters using a fancy website to scam people of their hard earned money.

I am now looking at legal ways of recuperating my funds from this bunch.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Ordered furniture through this company and 12 weeks later no furniture and no refund, despite the order now being cancelled, needless to say will be recovering costs and taking further action.

Customer service is an absolute joke, phone over 100 times over 3 months and was answered about 3-4 times, email communication takes 3-7 days if you actually get a response.

Have received furniture from elsewhere quicker than this company can process a refund. How can companies like this still be trading?

Shocking paid £369 tor celle wardrobe waited seven week for delivery nothing turned up can’t get any reply from them so now looking at legal action DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I’ve used Blue Ocean Interiors, Huddersfield a few times now and each time the service and quality of furniture just seems to get better and better.....
On my last visit I bought the really classy and quality sliding and soft closing Cetina wardrobe for one of our bedrooms....the quality of the product is exemplary and Julie was so helpful with all the information required so I could make an informed decision and then order, it was delivered a few weeks later as Julie stated and she rang me too to inform me that ordered wardrobe had arrived.....
The price was reasonable too compared to a lot of big name furniture companies I had checked in the past....
Yes highly recommend and will be using Blue Ocean Interiors again for sure..!!

Please don't invest your money or your time on Blue Ocean Furniture. I had a very disappointed experience. I order an wardrobe from them and four months later no sign of wardrobe. I realise this is a scam after I read other reviews and ask for money back. Was the some women answering the phone, very unprofessional but finally i got my money back.

Arrived in the time they said and received 2 phone calls in between to confirm the order and arrange a delivery slot. Would definately use again.

I found some beautiful furniture here, not just the same as all the other companies. The prices were good and delivery was a lot quicker than expected. I would be happy to recommend this company and will use again if i need furniture in the future.

I was at first very dubious about buying such large items of furniture online, but as we have recently undertaken a large build on a newly purchased property, money was not in abundance! I spent quite a bit of time trawling the Internet trying to find the right wardrobes and I stumbled across Furniture Direct Ltd. Placing the order was easy and literally the next day I received a call saying that my order had been received and was in process. I knew that the delivery would be in approximately 10 weeks time, but it was great to receive a courtesy call confirming the order and the expected delivery date as you never know if an order has gone through properly. I was very impressed - just that short call was very reassuring.Later I received a call from the couriers confirming a delivery date and the order was delivered as promised. After spending the weekend putting up the wardrobes, both my partner and I are delighted with the quality of the products. The instructions weren't too bad - a little ambiguous at times - but we got through them.I have to say that I was initially interested in a very similar wardrobes from a very well known high street retailer. I am delighted to say that my order was less than a third of the price, but we didn't have to compromise on service or quality. In conclusion you have one very happy customer, who will definitely use your services again and I would not hesitate to recommend you to friends and family.
