Awful customer service - arrived late, damaged and still waiting for a replacement table top 1 MONTH later.

Great quality and order on Sunday and arrived by Friday

I bought the galle firepit garden furniture. Just finished putting it together. It took me, 52 year old women, 5 1/2 hours to do it but we'll wotmrth the effort. Some bit were really fiddly and the instructions are a bit vague, but im used to flat pack furniture so fairly easy to work out. One screw hole did not line up so the set is one screw less!! Only arrived yesterday so can't comment on longevity, but it is soo comfortable.
My only complaint is with the delivery. One delivery driver so wouldn't bring the boxes to my back garden and left it on a pallet on my front doorstep. It was a real struggle for me and my sister to carry the boxes to the garden as the box with the sofa in it was really heavy. That said, delivery was prompt.

Excellent quality and relatively straightforward to put together. 2 man delivery carried it into the house for me. Highly recommended.

Was a bit worried after ordering reading a few reviews but it was fine delivery was great.I did have a bit of a long wait between ordering and receiving the furniture but thats to be expected when its a large item. And the furniture is great quality and will definitely last along time.

The entire process from consultation to ordering was smooth. The size recommended by customer service was perfect for my living room; I was worried it would be too big when I measured it myself, but it fit perfectly. Shipping was also very fast.

The delivery driver scheduled an appointment a day in advance and arrived on time the next day. The installation was quick and efficient; after installation, he even cleaned up all the foam and cardboard boxes, leaving my house tidy.

Good quality aluminium garden furniture. Easy to use website and placing our order was straightforward. The timescale for delivery of the order was accurate and it arrived promptly. Unfortunately one of the arms on the sofa was damaged in transit but contacting customer services by email was quite easy to do and they responded promptly. A replacement part was received within two weeks. We are very happy with our purchase and the service we received from Furniture Maxi. Would definitely recommend.

On a par if not better than well know brands

The logistics information updates were very timely; I could track every step from shipment to delivery. I didn't have to constantly contact customer service to ask about the status, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.

The packaging had a prominent "Fragile" label, and upon opening it, I found one of the shelves was slightly loose. I took a photo and sent it to customer service, and they arranged for a technician to come and repair it that same day. Their attitude was excellent.

The logistics were two whole days faster than expected. The delivery person called half an hour early to confirm, handled the furniture gently upon arrival, and even offered to help check for any damage. The service was very attentive.
