Having had such a great initial experience, I am sorry to post this subsequent negative review. But after just 18 months, the "faux leather" covering our sofas had worn away in several places and now it is actually peeling off in large pieces. Both sofas are only fit for the skip and we have ordered two new sofas in genuine leather.
The sofas we gave away when we bought these from Furniture Villa were also real leather and, whilst they were more expensive (allowing for inflation) even after more than 10 years, NONE of the covering had worn through. It was just a bit aged and cracked in the obvious places, but I have seen brand new sofas for sale in similar cracked leather, described as "distressed"!
The new sofas which we have just ordered are twice the price of those from Furniture Villa, but we have learned our lesson and this experience has reminded us that you really do get what you pay for!

Do not trust this company at all. They sent other products instead of the products I bought. Although the warehouse admitted that they sent the wrong product, they did not take any action. I filed a legal complaint. I hope you do not experience the same thing

We were left to look around the storevwithout sny badgering from staff. When we had made our decision, the assistant, Carol, came over to us and answered all our question. She went above a beyond to get us the best deal. Would highly recommend this store in Aintree, and Carol particularly.

We took delivery of a new mattress yesterday and the delivery man accidently knocked into our tv and we were no longer able to get Sky.
My husband went to the Stevenage store today and spoke to the manager who said he would come to look at it. He arrived one hour later, took the tv down and proceeded to fix it, however we still had a fuzzy picture. He rang the store to see if they had an HDMI lead, went and picked it up came back and fitted it. I have never had such fantastic service and cannot praise the manager enough, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Well done to the Stevenage store and their manager. I would challenge any other store to give customer service to this level.

I bought a Charlotte Antique Brass King Size Bed. Great design. Very sturdy and just like in the picture. Classy antique brass. Had a small scratch on the head end but replaced promptly with no hassle. Great value for money, excellent customer service and excellent product. Would defiantly buy again.

I just made my third purchase here, I would not shop anywhere else! Ren McCracken is my sales consultant and I cannot thank her enough for the great service. She is always super efficient and lets me know whenever there is a sale. I love that they sell all the best Canadian brands here. My purchases include a gorgeous custom leather sofa, faux leather dining chairs and 2 accent chairs! I would highly recommend shopping here and will continue to work with Ren! Thank you!
