Once again, excellent quality furniture. Don't know why I went elsewhere for my sofa in previous transaction. NCF living (see other review) Warrington, absolutely awful and still arguing now.
Furniture village has delivered and installed a sideband bedside table. From the salesroom, with my cappuccino and cookie to the delivery and building of purchases, excellent service.
Tommy and Kev took the up most care of both my property and the delivery. Lovely fellas, although I had to be 1st delivery on my only day off that week, haha 😂.

Quick and thorough

This is the second request for feedback that we have received. However, as we have not received notification of when we will be able to collect the chairs, we will not leave feedback at this time.

Pleasant buying experience at Aintree Shopping Park store. Looked after by Phil, who was super patient with us and definitely went above and beyond. Store staff were a little short on product knowledge, but to be fair they do sell a lot of items, and as we were shopping for a new bed, there are scores to choose from, each manufacturer having different versions, sizes, fabrics etc. Very short lead time from placing order to delivery and communication from Furniture Village is very good. Offered me and the missus coffee which was a nice touch. Went to several other retailers and found this to be the nicest shop, with the most friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

A lot more dining furniture to see than any other store visited. Sited close together makes comparisons easier rather than dining sets hiding amongst lounge furniture etc. Much better experience than buying on line. Attentive informed sales staff who are not pushy.
