Furniture Village - Farnborough Reviews 

We had excellent service from Morne in the Farnborough branch. He gave us plenty of information and showed us all the different options. There was plenty of choice. It was an enjoyable experience.

We were greeted by Chris Duncan who was attentive and very professional. He went to great lengths to cover all our questions and nothing was too much trouble. If he was a Doctor I would say he had a excellent bedside manner.

Derick was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products so much so that we bought a sofa, bed and dining table

We had the experience of having Boroka helping us with finding our mattress. She was lovely and very helpful and managed to help us find a mattress within 10 minutes of being in the store. I would absolutely recommend coming here if you’re unsure of what you need as she was very informative.

Boroka, the sales assistant was so helpful and polite from the moment we met. Her customers service skills are excellent. She is very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I found her to be friendly and very engaging. She is a credit to your team.

Great customer service

The staff made me feel very welcome and were very friendly and patient. There was a wide selection of furniture and a variety of styles. Their prices are very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely lovely service; they showed me the new couch, which had come in, which was a corner sofa. Mark, the manager, had already shown it to me on a separate day, and I came back in to place an order.

We got great advise from our sales consultant Syan and left with a perfect mattress to meet our needs and budget. They have a great selection of mattresses to try out and expert advice'from Syan guided us through all the options based on our varied needs

We were able to look around without being pressured, and when we needed to someone they were very helpful and informative

We came to your store in camberly on sat 8th aug we were served by a very nice gentleman called christopher he said good morning and asked if he could help we were just looking so he followed us round but hung back and let us try out different settees Untill we found one we liked he wasn’t pushy at all and gave us some brief info when we were sure he went through all the options colours and so on he wasn’t pushy very polite and very good at his job we are now waiting for our new suite to arrive but as for the sales part would highly recommend furniture village and Christopher thank you

Great Excellent service

Baroka was brilliant, helpful, kind and had a great sense of humour whilst trying to decide which bed frame and mattress I wanted - it’s a harder decision than you may think!

Not only that, Baroka sorted me out with a great deal, including a discount for being an NHS worker - much appreciated!
