Mark and Colin done a great job delivering and putting together my new sofa today , having to carry it up 2 flights of stairs and was still smiling .

Great service by friendly and helpful men. Floor and feet covered. Quick to put bed together and packaging removed. Full demonstration on how to take trundle out and use.

Having seen a similar sideboard in the store I was reasonably happy to order online. Delivery was quick as it was already available in the warehouse. Communication throughout the process up to delivery was very good. Shaun and Matt cheerfully carried the sideboard to its final location.

We were informed every step of the way with regard to delivery timings.
John and Rich, our delivery guys, were friendly, respectful of our property and assembled our dining table and chairs quickly and left making sure we were happy and took all the packaging with them!
Love our new table and chairs with regard to quality and comfort.

Our delivery team, Colin and Simon, were excellent. Strong, clean and careful, they quickly brought the furniture to its resting position, set it up for us and made sure that everything was cleared away and restored to its original place. I can’t praise them enough for their timely and skilful service.

Relatively quick delivery. Efficient assembly of new dining table by Colin and Simon, who also cleared all packaging.

We were told we would be given a 3 hour time slot. Text came through at 7am day of delivery stating 7am -10am (we weren’t told it could start at 7am)
Next text arrived a few mins later with 7.30am & 7.45am time slot.
Drivers arrived and then loudly said good morning in a residential road - lovely, thanks.
Other than that the guys were good and got on quietly assembling the sofas.
Anthony & Steve A just need to understand it’s NOT ok to be vocal before 8am on any street!

The delivery men. Steve P and Ben A were great. Clean. Tidy and did a great job.
I would say however that getting the delivery slot so late in the day is not so great. It makes it rather difficult to organise your day.
