Craig was superb from start to finish!
We had so many questions and he answered every single one of them without getting frustrated. He was kind and smiley providing excellent expert advice while we were trying out all the beds to help narrow our choices.
He even went out of his way to check whether the headboard could be amended according to our size. I can't thank him enough for being so professional at such a stressful purchase!
I can't wait for the delivery.

Very helpful and friendly staff who were all very attentive, without being pushy or getting in the way whilst browsing the store. Fantastic service and the delivery team were also excellent. Very polite and took extra care not to damage the furniture or anything in the house. Highly recommended!

We were serving very well. showing us different items which we were looking for.

The salesman that we bought a bed from was great, he was busy but made time for a personal experience.
We then found another item we wanted to buy, street some confusion we were handed back to the original salesman, bought the items and then told that they had miss sold them as they had already been bought.
It's was rectified in the end and satisfactory.
My main gripe is that we were given rough dates for delivery but I've had no confirmation email for either product which is a little concerning.
I was hoping for communication with a lead time

A couple of weeks ago I was forced to write a bad review of furniture village regarding a dining table which was delivered but left unbuilt. I am pleased to say that they did respond and fix the table. I also ordered a £3900 sofa and chair at the same time (July 25th) and was given a 6-8 week timeframe. Since then the order delivery has moved from an expected early September to mid September,to end September, to the first week in October and when I checked on line two days ago it now shows 10-17th October. I have phoned the number given to check on what is happening and could only leave messages which I have done three times leaving order number, phone number etc. Not one call was returned so I today phoned the store in Frien Barnett two times but was unable to speak with anyone.They know I arrived in the UK with no furniture so I have been sitting in my living room with one old armchair since I moved in in early August. I have guests staying on the 27th october so I need to know if the order is actually going to be delivered or delayed yet again. I am very frustrated not being able to get any information or even to speak with anyone despite having spent over £7000 with the company. Very frustrating.
