Knew which sofa i wanted but had to get a smaller design. Happy enough with my choice. Went through smoothly.

Excellent service. Salesman was attentive without being pushy and had a good knowledge of the product.

We have been loyal FV customers for years. It is the first company we go to, mainly because it is family owned. We have bought at Sheffield, Leeds and Hull. In all 3 locations, staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly without being too pushy. Prices are fair. On every occasion we have been offered a drink. A small downside is the 11-13 week delivery window, but your purchase is worth the wait. Minor issues with purchases are dealt with swiftly. We would highly recommend FV. Thank you all.

Our marble dining room table was delivered just a few minutes ago. Two young guys, very courteous called 20 minutes before arrival, removed their shoes when entering our property. Quickly assembled what is a very heavy table. Great service by these guys.

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience visiting the showroom, the respectful way the staff were with the browsing general public. Helpful, polite, knowledgeable, curious- in the way they checked suitably, use, lifestyle. I was looked after by Simon, after selecting a fabulous new sofa, my daughter and I popped out to double check the neighbouring showrooms to sanity check our choice. Returned, completed my purchase and relevant paperwork. Looking forward to delivery.

Delivered this morning but was damaged tablet was cracked but they still leave us the damaged table while order us a new one
, i been told by the driver , must said the driver was nice

What maid my experience special was the staff that I was speaking to was 100% helpful and polite my wife for over 30 years was not left out of the conversation as Debra is profoundly Deaf the staff give me time and maid my wife well come
