Furniture Village - Ipswich Reviews 

Bought a mattress bed and wardrobe from the Ipswich store. Craig was great, patient and clear. There was an admin error with our payment term but the team were accommodating in sorting it out. Mistakes happen but can’t fault them.
Only down side is it’s a 13 week lead time for the wardrobe.

I visited the store in Ipswich as I urgently needed a new bed.
I was served by a lovely man named Chris who was great. Chris was really professional and kind, listening to my concerns etc. He guided me to my chosen bed - which I can't wait to sleep on!
Thank you very much for all your help Chris. I will definitely recommend Furniture Village in future to friends and family. 10/10 .

When deciding on the best sofa; for the space that it needs to occupy, the quality and cost I found the process of procurement to be very transparent and straight forward. The salesperson was very informative regarding sofas which enabled us to make the best decision. Thank you.

We were looking for an oak table, liked the looks of several in the store but couldn’t see exactly what we’d like. Sheikh came to our rescue by telling us we could mix and match oak finishes, table edges and leg styles. He helped us reorganise the store as he measured distances between legs and we experimented sitting at tables. He was unobtrusively very helpful, gave us a great price and assured us delivery would include assembly of what will be a heavy table. Deciding not to prevaricate we ordered a table which was straightforward. Sheikh was very helpful, friendly and professional and we’re looking forward to receiving the table in about five weeks. Company excellent as always. Purchased bed from Ipswich Branch where we were served by Craig, who was knowledgeable and very helpful. Bed delivered on time as advised by phone call. Two delivery men were also excellent and took extreme care of our walls and furnishings ensuring everything protected.
Couldn’t fault the whole process.

Really liked the layout of the shop and was greeted by friendly staff. We needed to look at a settee and dining chairs and found a good range of both that suited our needs. Keith Shepherd helped us with the sizing and colours and was very patient whilst we were trying to decide what was going to be best. Keith moved different dining chairs next to each other so we could easily see the difference between them. We also needed a rug and Keith helped us with this too. I would definitely recommend this company and salesman.
