Staff were courteous and helpful

I was looking for a folding bed, Craig showed me your range including the Zen bed. He mentioned that the company had this morning reduced it and in the clearance sale. As soon as I layed on the bed and pressed the wide range of buttons, I knew I wanted it. I asked if they sell the mattress protection, Craig said by getting this increases the guarantee from 2 yrs to 5 yrs , I am aware that this display model will come to me once the newer model arrives.

Came into furniture village looking for a new bed/mattress. Steve was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Got a great deal on a few items we needed for our home. We would definitely recommend coming into the Lincoln branch and speaking to Steve!!

The approach of the sales rep in store was exactly the way I like it. Offered help, allowed us space to look and was then professional and personable throughout the transaction.

I have to say that Craig Roylance is one of the most knowledgeable, professional and conscientious sales professionals that I have met. We came into Lincoln today to buy a replacement mattress, and walked out with an order for a Vi Spring. Craig is both very thorough, very efficient and answered all of my questions whilst giving me complete confidence in all of the answers he gave me. I suspect he is probably the most knowledgeable guy I have come across in respect of the Vi Spring product range - yet there was absolutely no pressure from him. Great to know that FV Lincoln can hold on to staff like this - a true asset to the company. Thank you Craig.

We recently purchased a bed, dining table, and cupboard from Furniture Village, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Our sales assistant, Roger, was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.

A day after placing the order, we needed to make a small change, and once again Roger handled everything brilliantly. His quick response and willingness to help made the whole experience stress-free.

Sakes team were great bought ship floor stock and had to wait then a few weeks for factory mattress items but luckily I managed

Was a nice warm welcome walking into the store. Staff seemed really happy and helpful. Even could make a cup of coffee. Overall was happy with Steve who spoke us through everything and made this sale happen.

Phil was exceptional, we took a while making a decision and he did not pressure just offered advice when asked for and plenty of space to discuss. Highly knowledgable and a very nice gentleman.

The store is very clean and bright and all the items are very well presented. We were offered assistance without feeling any pressure. We did purchase a wardrobe and found the whole experience most satisfactory.

Staff was friendly and not over pushy on selling

I placed an order on 7th October 2025 and most of the items were on a 7 day delivery. To date I have received a third of my delivery and we are into week 4. I was told that the majority of outstanding items were due into local depot w/c 27th October. I checked mid week and the local team hadn’t even called it off from Milton Keynes but I was told they would put in an urgent request and it would arrive into depot this week. I checked again today and the fulfilment team at Newark told me the items should arrive with them within the next few days and they had no influence on the delivery date. I’ve tried to contact the Store Manager ( on holiday! ), the Admin Manager ( on holiday! ), getting nowhere. Prior to placing the order, it took over a week to get an order that reflected the correct amounts as the first three orders were incorrect and I abandoned the 0% credit as the sales guy that served me screwed up the application. Honestly, this store is an absolute shambles. No idea if and when the balance of my order will be delivered. Avoid Furniture Village is my advice or at least Lincoln Store. They’re trying to be DFS but trust me they are a million miles away from their efficiency in my experience. I can’t make my mind up if they just lie their way through the day or are just totally inept. ( I had to give them 1 star as zero or negative are not available ).

Excellent staff. Gave us time to wander around the store. Try lots of lounge suites for comfort without any pressure. When we wanted to interact with a member of staff, Rodger was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Again zero pressure. Simple and efficient ordering system. Thank you.

Curtis was really helpful, he understood we wanted space and when we were ready for help he was more than happy to give us all the information we needed! We highly recommend furniture village!
