I had a very positive experience with this company. The staff were welcoming, polite, and attentive, offering drinks and regularly checking that everything was okay. I would also like to give special recognition to Mr Ross who was extremely helpful throughout mine and my family visit and went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. Excellent customer service overall.

We bought our sofa and chairs from FV - Ross’s sales support was great: light touch so that we felt free to wander and try things out, but there when we had questions and also directing us to our ideal match. Very happy with our purchase and the payment options and other services provided.

Really great range of quality furniture. We had excellent customer service. A special mention for Ross who helped us with the purchase of two Hypnos mattresses. The price deal was really competitive. Ross was knowledgeable and helped us understand the different options.

Very good experience. Having researched the product Mahdi was very helpful and showed a good level of expertise when helping us order our sofa selection.

My wife and I had visited a few furniture stores looking for a dinning set , we went to the new Malden furniture village store and was helped by a very nice young man called Ross , we couldn’t quite decide which one we wanted so Ross asked what sort we wanted, he took my number and posted me items he thought we would like , he dis send us a particular set which we said we would buy , we went along later that day , he was so helpful and honest we actually bought the dinning set which, a sideboard and 2 leather sofas , we were so pleased with the service we received by not only Ross but all the staff which we delt with 100 % happy 😃

Overall, a very good experience and I’m really happy with my purchases. The only disappointment was that my mattress was missed from the original delivery, so I had to wait another three days for it. Everything was sorted in the end, but that’s why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.
