The delivery Team phoned about 1/2hr before arrival (they’d been before so knew the exact spot to come to for easiest access) and arrived on time. They were very efficient in unpacking and assembling the unit, placing in the right spot in the room.
Gave good instructions on correct way to use the drawers to avoid later distortion if opened incorrectly.
Very polite, friendly and efficient Team.

Aaron was amazing! The package he put together for us was exactly what we wanted and at a great price.

We dealt with Matt on the first day we came around to browse. He was respectful and gave us space to look around but was never too far away to answer questions. He was knowledgable and very welcoming. I returned again the following Monday and purchased a sofa.

This is The Way... to shop for a recliner sofa. What stellar customer service. From coming out to see if the wheelchair needed a bit of encouragement to unfold, to plying comfortable customers with coffee and fresh cookies. Would you believe it, they even had one of those new AV/Bluetooth suites set up and trained members of staff to keep husbands amused with tales of The Force whilst the contracts are signed and chance cubes are rolled. Just kidding about the chance cubes, it was a carefully calculated total price. Really happy with the staff and the service we received and hope the new sofa arrives soon.

The staff though I may not remember names were really patient and helpful. Quite considerate as well because money was deffo spent but worth it

The staff really friendly and helpful

Fiona was very polite and extremely helpful in assisting us choose the appropriate furniture, especially for two people with specific needs such as using a wheelchair and transferring to a firm settee. She was most accommodating especially when helping us choose the correct suite with matching fabric covers which we all agreed upon.
This lady is a true asset for Furniture Village & gets a Highly recommended A***** from Lee & Dr.Louise Niblett-Fairless.

Manager was very bad manner and not friendly. Despite we have been shopping at furniture village for last 15years. This particular manager had a very bad manner very disappointing not we going to shop at Furniture village in the future

He explained what would happen in the installation and we came away happy with our purchase

Told the salesman what we were looking for and took us to exactly what we wanted. He gave useful knowledge on construction and especially springs. No messing about straight to the point. Not pressured into sale which makes a change.

Excellent service, not pushy as in some stores and free coffee and cookies

We visited the Peterborough store on Saturday 16th April, we went to look at wardrobes initially, the salesman Graham Roberts, was very informative and couldn’t have been more helpful, he explained to us about the ordering process and anything we asked about the wardrobes he was able to answer.

Sadly our space is odd with a curved ceiling which reduces the height where our wardrobes need to be, so we’ve decided to have built in to maximise all of the space we have, if it wasn’t for that we would definitely have purchased the stand alone German sliding wardrobes, very well built and good value for money.

Whilst we were there we looked at mattresses and beds, Graham was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses we looked at, we have decided that once our wardrobe space has been built we will go back to the same store and decide which mattress we will buy.
We’d recommend the store and of course Graham, he truly was helpful and an asset to Furniture Village 😊

Delivery men were excellent getting the furniture in & setting it up & putting the parts together. It all went very smoothly.
