Graham was a pleasure to deal with. Gave us excellent demonstrations and information on sofa beds. No pressure or hard sell, just a professional and friendly service which, with a great product, ultimately lead to a sale. This was the first store we visited on our hunt for a top quality sofa bed, and Graham negotiated a great deal for us. Many thanks!

Went to the peterborough store and was greeted by salesperson 'Kwok' who guided us around the store, nothing was too much trouble. We were after a small table and chairs and kwok showed and demonstrated the perfect solution for our house and a deal was done. We had such a perfect experience and will be definitely coming back in the future.

Firstly walking into the store the display was very inviting. It put us at ease. The staff was not overbearing which was wonderful. When we finally had questions, one of the sales associates named Adrian was there to assist. He was very knowledgeable about the stock and helped us narrow down options based on our preferences. Adrian was extremely friendly and honest which made the process of buying furniture very comforting. When we had narrowed our options down, we wanted to go to another store just to have a comparison and make sure buying from Furniture Village was the right course. Adrian actually encouraged it which I appreciated. We walked across the lot to Dreams and when we walked in it was a totally different experience. It felt lifeless. None of the staff came to greet us. The store was like a maze and when someone finally did speak to us they didn’t have a clue about their stock. We quickly exited the store and returned to Furniture Village within 15 minutes. Adrian was there to greet us and helped up through the purchasing process. We are excited for our new furniture to arrive. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture. Thanks again Adrian.

Purchased a leather recliner suite 12 months ago , £ 5000 spent. There is a problem with one of the recliner settee. Have reported this to customer services. After Numerous emails, pictures detailing fault, phone calls on hold for over an hour. Still no reply to this problem. Poor customer service. The shop are happy to sell you goods and warranties , promising you an outstanding customer service. This is very far from a good customer service. Poor all round.

Great service does what it says and good standards

Fiona was excellent at Furniture village, Peterborough. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products. The biggest thing for me was, we were not pounced on as soon as we walked through the door, we visited 6 well known sofa shops that morning and that was the case in every one except furniture village. Great sofa at great price. Excellent service from Fiona Jay at the Peterborough store. Happy to chat through all the options and not pushy at all. So impressed that afer visting many other local furniture stores came back to Furniture Village to place my order.

There was a great range of dining tables and furniture to choose from with some great designs. We were approached by a Sales Consultant, Fiona, who listened to what we wanted and showed us various ranges and explained the options. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

We found Annie who looked after us very helpful and patient (especially that I am slightly deaf!).. She explained everything in Layman's.. Annie was expertly trained in dealing with us as we had a lot of questions to ask..Her patience was amazing!.. Annie is a credit to your company!!.. Very impressive!..👏👍
