Arrived on time, after calling us to advise us of arrival time. Dane and Deon were very polite, knowledgeable and quick in all that they did, for us.
They were great ambassadors for the company and we would recommend them for any future furniture purchases

Sofa took 12 weeks from ordering, longer than we’d expected but kept very well up to date along the way. Shout out to delivery drivers Liam & Jamie who delivered with great care and were very helpful on the day, nothing too much trouble and left everything set up and working. Thanks team!

Delivery service was very good. On time and efficient. Very pleasant and polite, taking shoes off before coming in side.

Dain and Jordan had the joyous start to their day of delivering the 100kg unit upstairs. Ever the professionals they manoeuvred through a tight staircase and affixed the legs in record time. Very pleased with the service and getting rid of the packaging.

Konrad and Deon who delivered and assembled our bed were very polite and informative and tidy

We had a problem with colour of an item and this id the second time it has cond back wrong. We will have to wait another 7 weeks to getxwhagxwe ordered. The delivery staff were very helpful but yhe customer service people put us through to the hull branch even though they were the people who should have dealt with the query. A clear colour matching system for extra items should be more robust.

Both were polite and professional in all they did. They arrived promptly and early and when they said they would. They were friendly and easy to talk to.

I had my dining table delivered this week by Konrad and Deon. They were brilliant from start to finish, introduced themselves and explained how they were going to get the table into the house and put it all together.
They were friendly, chatty and I would be happy to have them deliver more furniture in the future.

Lee and Tom were very good. Called us 30 minutes before they arrived. A very heavy bed settee which they negotiated into the house perfectly. Put the feet on, Explained how to get any creases out, cleared up any packaging and they were on their way to the next delivery. Thanks Lee and Tom.
