Mehtab and Paddy were great when they came to install the furniture. They were both very friendly and efficient. They were also very helpful explaining how everything works and checking everything was where I wanted it before leaving. I had a young child and a dog running around and they were very kind and patient. Top work.

I had to call customer service to day and the young man I spoke to and handled my problem. He was called Billy He was extremely professional and very patient I have impaired vision and he was caring. and helped me.

Arrived on time with great communication from the delivery guys right up to their arrival. Both guys worked diligently and quickly to assemble the divan and got the mattress upstairs without any fuss. Very happy with the service provided by Nabeel and Hassan and of course FV.

Delivery by Mehtab and Paddy was excellent. They were cheerful, polite and efficient when delivering my table & chairs from Furniture Village. My whole experience from purchase in the Farnborough store to delivery and assembly in my home has been perfect and trouble free.

Tom and Colin were very professional and carefully checked access before bringing the sofa in. They delivered it to the exact spot and set it up ready for use. All the paperwork and 28 day cool off period was clearly explained. Great service!

Sofa delivered on time. Mehtab and Paddy were helpful and flexible in fitting the sofa in line with the room dimensions and they explained how it all works

Delivery was nice and early. Mehtab and Paddy were very polite and efficient and delivered and positioned mattress with no issues. Excellent customer care and service with regards to mattress however they forgot to include 2 pillows that we ordered and which won’t be delivered for another 3 days.

Nabeel and Ali were very professional, corteous when delivering to my parents house. They called in advance of delivery and on arrival they placed protective mats in the door threshold and wore shoe coverings. My parents were delighted with the delivery service by Nabeel and Ali

Rismy and Rausheed did a fantastic job setting up our dining room table. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did everything to a very high standard. They were both extremely polite, friendly, and professional throughout. We’re really pleased with the work and would happily recommend them. Excellent service!

We ordered a divan base and the Cadenza headboard online after visiting our local store. We found the hard sell in store to be a bit much for us, however, it helped us to make up our minds and everything was seamless from then on. We had a great deal on the headboard and £50 off. Neil and Ant delivered our bed and assembled it and took away the packaging. They were excellent, friendly and helpful and very respectful.
