We went in to shop ,tried sitting on sofas at our own pace , it was a good experience and chose the one we liked, then the sales person Ali Hamza was helpful with the purchase .

The staff were very good, no complaints
But was not very happy with the delivery, they asked u to pick a date but there only gave u one and u couldn't change it. Then they said they would give us a three hour window but never did. I also think you should have taken our old mattress, as we had to get in touch with the council and wait two weeks before they could come and collect it.

We always buy furniture from them good service is good Salim is a great salesman

Amazing experience at Furniture Village( Romford Gallows Retail Park) Swarn Marwaha was incredible helpful in assisting me to find the perfect sofa bed.He was very knowledgable and really took the time to understand what I was looking for.what impressed me the most was that he honoured the price we had seem 4 weeks which I truly appreciated and made the whole experience feel very honest that’s what I call customer service going beyond for the customer. Thank you so much Swarn with your assistance. Will definitely come here again

He had a great sense of humour and was patient with us, we didn’t feel rushed as we were deciding on what colour and texture to go for (we eventually settled on the peacock teal!) thanks for your excellent customer service.

Great Ordering and Delivery Experience, the team was very cooperative and helpful.

The sales lady was friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and went out of her way to ensure i got what i wanted and was happy with it. She listened and gave suggestions to fit in with my requirements.
The store was clean, set out nicely and had a welcoming feel.
The complimentary cafe area was a bonus.

Micheal and Par were great, they worked out the best route to get the sofa to the living room, they were tidy and did a brilliant job. Cheers.

Gave the salesperson the measurements for the furniture to be able to get in the front door,the salesperson went to speak to her manager who assured her it would fit ,when the delivery guys came they said it wouldn't fit through front door, , phoned Romford shop to be told a guy would have to dismantle it in the warehouse and then deliver to us in his van to be put together in our home the charge would be £300 other wise if we cancelled the order we would lose25%of our payment roughly around £800 ,even though they assured us it would fit , disgusting never buy from these again

Great experience. We bought one sofa bed and we are very happy with our choice. Swarn Marwaha from Romford shop was very helpful and we recommend him for any advice. He has patient and very professional. He also stayed longer after his shift 30min until we decided and we bought the sofa, we appreciate that. We will definitely go back to the shop for any others products we need for the house. Great service and great quality.
